“I want to thank the manager and staff for keeping the dining area and bathrooms so clean. Especially having a 6 month old, a clean space makes all the difference and it's not very common in the fast food industry anymore. Well done, and thank you.“

“Staff was kind and respectful. Food was a reasonable price and good quality as well. Food was nice and hot when it arrived. Dining area was clean; saw staff cleaning often. Plenty of seating options as well. Always have had a good service here.“

“Me and my friend was traveling back home from Tampa to Orlando we stop by this Wendy's to get some food for the road and not only that was fast but thoughtful the put our meals in different bags so it's easier for us to eat and so that way we don't have to dig in the bag I would go to this Wendy's for now on if it wasn't for me living in Orlando great workers and will definitely come back for my next Tampa trip hope yall have a great day“

“Visited this location on 06/27/25. Had not been in for a while due to the fact that ticket times were long and no sense of customer service. Today a manager by the name of Charles was filling in and made the whole experience worthwhile. Charles greeted me upon my entrance with a smile and was not only able to get my order with no issue but even brought it out to the table. I observed that he was also checking the backstock of food to see if it needed to be replemished along with having great communication skills with the staff. If Charles is chosen to run this location I will make it a point of coming back more frequent. Everyone was tasking and no one just hanging out. Great job Charles and hope you get this locaton.“

Huge shoutout to Brittany, Iemma, and Archavia—super friendly, professional, and clearly on top of their game. You can tell when a team actually cares, and it shows here. Service like that makes a difference.

“There isn’t much to explain about a fast food franchise that people don’t already know, but this particular location consistently stands out. The French fries are always fresh, and the customer service has been reliably good on every visit. I can say that from repeated personal experience. My go-to order is the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger with fries, and it’s been consistently satisfying.“

“My 1st time going to this Wendy's in Lake Wales. I really loved Mr. Britt. He was very attentive on the floor. Asking and walking around how everyone was doing, saying hi to all his locals as they also embrace him with love back. It was very nice to see how sweet and polite people can be with one another. “Went through the drive-thru so I didn't really need no service. The drive-thru they're is always good..... I just went and got me some frosty's and brought them home. Didn't get no food no nothing The frosties are the best. I love the chocolate“
