“I want to thank the manager and staff for keeping the dining area and bathrooms so clean. Especially having a 6 month old, a clean space makes all the difference and it's not very common in the fast food industry anymore. Well done, and thank you.“

Stopped by Wendy’s and had a great experience from start to finish. The carryout order was handled quickly and everything was fresh, hot, and exactly how it should be.

Huge shoutout to Brittany, Iemma, and Archavia—super friendly, professional, and clearly on top of their game. You can tell when a team actually cares, and it shows here. Service like that makes a difference.

Food was on point, order was accurate, and the whole process was smooth. Definitely one of the better Wendy’s locations I’ve been to. I’ll be back for sure.“

“Staff was very friendly and food wawa hot and very fresh. My chicken sandwich was made with care and looked like the menu picture. Very tasty. The frosty's were also very good according to my kids. No complaints on this location.“

“Visited this location on 06/27/25. Had not been in for a while due to the fact that ticket times were long and no sense of customer service. Today a manager by the name of Charles was filling in and made the whole experience worthwhile. Charles greeted me upon my entrance with a smile and was not only able to get my order with no issue but even brought it out to the table. I observed that he was also checking the backstock of food to see if it needed to be replemished along with having great communication skills with the staff. If Charles is chosen to run this location I will make it a point of coming back more frequent. Everyone was tasking and no one just hanging out. Great job Charles and hope you get this locaton.“

“My 1st time going to this Wendy's in Lake Wales. I really loved Mr. Britt. He was very attentive on the floor. Asking and walking around how everyone was doing, saying hi to all his locals as they also embrace him with love back. It was very nice to see how sweet and polite people can be with one another. “Went through the drive-thru so I didn't really need no service. The drive-thru they're is always good..... I just went and got me some frosty's and brought them home. Didn't get no food no nothing The frosties are the best. I love the chocolate“
