“This store location is always clean and on point with orders. I've never had a wrong order here. The staff are nice. The management keeps up with the place, and they have great customer service. My food is always fresh and hot. The bathrooms, dining room, and exterior are always clean and welcoming. I love the honey butter chicken biscuits! They are so delicious! This is my store of choice for sure. I'd drive across town just for the good experience I get here.Parking: They are located right next to a gas station, there is lots of parking. Even a semi truck could park out back or close by and get food.“
“My wife and I visited Wendy's on US 98s in Lakeland and was provided excellent customer service by Jonathon. We've used the drive thru window in the past and we're not very impressed with the customer service, so we decided to place our order inside and were very impressed with Jonathon's customer service.“
“I don't live far from this location. The service was good except for the lady fixing her bra straps that kept falling off her shoulders every 20 seconds. The food was very hot and fresh. We ordered the chicken parmesan sandwich and garlic fries. We were pleasantly surprised.“

“Kirsten and Enasia were AWESOME today! Kirsten really seemed to be handling things very well on the line. She was SUPER attentive, which, I must say, has been rare at this location for the last several months. Enasia was also attentive to me, as well as a customer who needed assistance at the drink machine area. My experiences at this location have been lackluster for a while, but today renewed my faith. Also, shout out to the burger cook for making sure my patties were thoroughly cooked. I had undercooked patties last time. Much appreciated! The food was pretty freakin' perfect today! “This location, Wendy’s Restaurant #00011861 at 00011861 Innovation Drive, is an excellent little quick meal restaurant. Our group of three diners enjoyed a great meal together whilst leaving Orlando area, and were pleasantly surprised, as most quick-dining experiences leave much to be desired. The dining area was remarkably clean and well maintained.Most important: Wonderful Staff and management. It was refreshing to actually go to a fast food joint and see actual adults managing and participating actively in running this restaurant, (in comparison with competitors like McDonald’s or Burger King, which notoriously are run by teenagers… here, the adults were supervising/training the younger staff members, which again seemed to make a huge distinction from all other Wendy’s I have been to in a lifetime).That was most of our first fast food meal in a very long time and it definitely restored a little faith that not all fast food is terrible as an occasional treat.“
