“Honestly had a really smooth experience at this location. I ordered nuggets, fries, and a Frosty and my food was ready pretty quickly. The nuggets were hot and crispy and the fries weren't soggy at all. Staff were friendly when handing over my order. No issues whatsoever.“

“Tbh the best Wendy’s I’ve ever had or at least had in a few years . Whoever’s back they’re cooking has clearly worked at wingstop or something of the sort because WOW. Usually Wendy’s fries are borderline inedible but these made me miss those saucy mugs that were so good. 10/10 and I’m driving past the other Wendy’s next time just to come back here. Amazing!“

“This is the only Wendy's I go to and have been very satisfied with the food and the great attitude of the staff. There has only been a couple of times my order was messed up but it was when I order from my app instead of ordering from the drive-thru. Over all its a great location to eat from.“

“This was my first visit to Wendy’s in approximately 30 years, and the experience was much better than I expected. I stopped on my way home from an appointment because traffic was heavy and the location was convenient.

Access to the restaurant can be somewhat confusing. The shopping plaza behind Wendy’s does not connect to the restaurant parking lot, so drivers need to enter from Himes Avenue or directly from Hillsborough Avenue.

There was no wait when I arrived. I ordered a Dave’s Single combo with a Diet Dr. Pepper, and the food was served hot and promptly. The fries were especially good and may be among my favorite fast-food fries now. The burger was also very good, with fresh lettuce and tomato, and was substantial without feeling overly heavy.

The employees were courteous and efficient, although the atmosphere behind the counter felt somewhat stressed or subdued during my visit. The service itself was still good.“

I live in the Riverview area but happened to be on this side of town today. My sandwich from the drive-thru wasn’t fresh, so I went inside. Jeremiah was extremely kind, professional, and provided excellent customer service with a great attitude.

I was also impressed with how clean the restaurant was. Someone was actively cleaning the lobby, and everything looked well maintained. Jeremiah turned my experience around—excellent customer service!“
