“For my daughter’s 11th birthday this year she wanted a Wendy’s themed birthday party. With the theme being a trademarked brand we pretty much had to think up and make all of our own party decorations. For the goodie bags my wife thought we should use biggie bags. She sent me up to our local Wendy’s to see about getting some bags and also to place the food order in advance. I went pretty late on a Sunday and spoke with Dave, he was extremely helpful and asked me to come back on a week day morning to speak with his manager. I returned on Thursday morning and spoke with Michelle. She was amazing! She helped me place my extremely large order and was more than happy to give us some extra biggie bags to use for the goodie bags. I placed the order for 6pm the fallowing Saturday and thanked her.
On Saturday when I arrived at 6 Dave was there with his team and all of the food hot and ready to go. When I placed my original order I forgot to add fries to the order, Dave whipped up 6 large fries for me in under 5 minutes!
At the end of my daughter’s party all of the other girls were all commenting on how they had never seen anyone else have that theme, they were all impressed by the food and decor and so were we.

“I wanted to leave a huge thank you to the team at Wendy's today! The restaurant was busy during the lunch rush, but everyone was working incredibly hard and efficiently. The team worked so well together, and our food came out quickly, hot, fresh, and delicious.
I especially want to recognize one wonderful employee who went out of her way to help me. KALE was so friendly, funny, patient, and understanding. I was hoping to get specific kids meal toys, and she took the time to find the exact ones I wanted. She truly didn't have to go the extra mile like that, but she did, and it made my day.
Customer service like Kale's is rare and deserves recognition. Kale was an absolute sweetheart, and her kindness, positive attitude, and willingness to help left a lasting impression. Thank you to her and the entire Wendy's team for making my visit such a great experience!“
“Hubby had a couple of singles and fries. I got a plain baked potato and a kid size Frosty. Since it was take-out I added some things to my plain baked potato.
The order was correct and we enjoyed it.
Don't know about the atmosphere, I've never been inside. I will say the app was decent and rather easy to use (those 4 ⭐️'s are for the app).“
