She replaced the food WHICH was DIGUSTING FROM THE ANOTHER WENDYS ON 4TH STREET UP THE ROAD FROM THIS ONE. PLEASE GIVE THIS STORE A CHANCE AND DODGE THE OTHER ONE IP THE ROAD 40th AVE AND FOURTH STREET. THEY GAVE US HOT FRIES BUT COLD BURGERS AND NUGGETS PURPOSELY.“
“I think the atmosphere and food are great but customer service not so much. Just a simple "Good afternoon" or "You're welcome" would be nice. Or even eye contact and smiles. They just hand you the food and move on. I think they should also ask if you would like your receipt before throwing it away.“
“They didn't have any kids meals bags, and no toys for the kids either. These two alone weren't that big of a deal. It was very quiet in the dining room as there was no music or anything. We were the only family in there. It also felt like no one was in a rush or moving with any sense of urgency. Very odd while we were there.“
“Hubby had a couple of singles and fries. I got a plain baked potato and a kid size Frosty. Since it was take-out I added some things to my plain baked potato.
The order was correct and we enjoyed it.
Don't know about the atmosphere, I've never been inside. I will say the app was decent and rather easy to use (those 4 ⭐️'s are for the app).“
