Great polite, fast service. Food was excellent
Me and my partner ordered two Dave's doubles and a small soda. Both of them were tasteless and dry. The hamburger meat seems like it was under the heating lamp forever. And the meat was bone dry. So we spoke to the manager. The manager says if you want fresh meat you have to ask for the meat to be cooked fresh.

Other staff members have been described as grumpy and non-personable, with mistakes in orders being a recurring issue. On the positive side, the drive-thru service can be excellent, and the food is often warm and delicious. Recently, self-serve kiosks were added, allowing customers to do their own ordering and paying, which reduces interaction with employees; customers get their drinks themselves, and the only task left to staff is cooking the food, which may soon be automated. The atmosphere could be more welcoming, as staff tend to just hand over food without much greeting or eye contact, and some customers have noticed issues with parking and wheelchair accessibility. Despite these concerns, the front desk staff can be very friendly and apologetic when problems arise, such as when the drink machine is down or orders are delayed. Customers have also appreciated seeing staff who enjoy their jobs, making the experience more positive even during busy times.
