“The staff here are wonderful especially Kyle the GM I stopped by yesterday to get breakfast- #7 Baconator breakfast sandwich combo with the seasoned potatoes wedges and whatever drink I feel like that day and a side of sausage gravy biscuit to dip my fries in the gravy. Unfortunately they didn't have the sausage gravy biscuit because they were waiting for the truck, I completely understood. I used to work at Wendy's about 17 years ago so I know there are things out of their control. Kyle went above and beyond to make sure his customer was happy and said on my next visit I can get an order of sausage gravy biscuit for free so I sure did show up this morning because I've been craving the sausage gravy biscuit so thank you Kyle you are amazing!!“

I had a Frosty key tag, and though this store requires a purchase to use it, Summer made the process simple and was genuinely apologetic about the rule. It’s so refreshing to see this level of customer service today.
