“I recently had an event there for a friend/co-worker retirement party. The staff was amazing at accommodating our large group of 25-30. Our server CiCi did an amazing job taking care of us and keeping all our tabs straight. The food was amazing as well. Thank you!!!!“
“First time at BIG Jim's for my dad and I ... MY uncle was there too and made the suggestion to us. Started out good.. nice place... 30 plus beers on tap. I couldn't try them because it was lunch and I had a long day ahead (but it will). Waiter Jason stopped by and got us drinks and was really patient while we waited for my uncle. He offered appetizers too... Dad and I had the buffalo chicken sandwiches and uncle had the Ceasar wrap. We all loved the food (especially the sweet potato fries) ... The service was top notch. Really attentive without being over the top. In fact perfect. Then offered desert ... WE were full but dad took a rice pudding home ...Jason even gave him instructions how to heat it up at home which was what he did and loved it. Overall it was a 10 plus rating ... It couldn't have been better and we can't wait to go back. Oh and the prices were awesome too. Very great value ... You gotta try this place out“
“Best Cheesesteak in Clearwater and the greater Tampa Bay.Honestly, I almost didn't stop in because I'm constantly disappointed by places claiming they do "authentic" cheesesteaks, but this place hit all the marks and I can't imagine finding a better cheesesteak in the area.The bread was fresh w the perfect chew, the meat was piping hot, salted to perfection with the perfect ratio of shrooms and onions.If you crave an authentic cheesesteak and are tired of being disappointed by other establishments, go to Philly's Famous.“
“Love the hot dogs here! The prices are really good too and there is a decent selection. Sides are a little pricey. I'm really happy to see that if you pay cash it's normal price. It's always clean and everyone is always friendly. The reason I gave it only 4 stars is that a few times the hot dogs weren't hot, temperature wise. But nonetheless, I have been there probably 8 times so far and I will continue to enjoy!“

“We got the chili fries and dog. Both were pretty good and I would come back for those things. We got a lemonade but it wasn't as good as I expected it would be. The service was great though. Also, they offered to upgrade the hotdog to an all beef dog, for an additional price, but it was good.“
“I hate using the auto order machines. It is confusing and I am touching a screen that has been used by dozens of folks and not sanitized each time. Thankfully there was an older waitress who saw my need for help. She arrived and helped us order everything and brought us our food instead of calling out our name to get it. She was wonderful.“

“Always cold inside, waitress didnt like the fact we wanted to change sitting to a warmer spot. But the food is always good . Wish their coffee tasted bettet( bitter). The other waitress was very helpful in getting our waitress to service us.“
“The burger was delicious. We will go back again just for another one of them. The fries were hot and shoe string like, but not special, but that's okay because the burger was special. It was Friday night so they were very busy and are the only Smashburger in Pinellas County. I recommend giving them a shot if you enjoy a good burger.“

I absolutely can't say enough about how delicious the food is! Cheap prices but good quality.We had the chicken & lamb Fish sandwich Fries. It comes over some delicious rice, cucumber, tomato, and lettuce on the side as well. Don't forget the white sauce and Green sauce The red sauce is not too spicy and perfectly compliments everything was good which was the perfect end to the meal! The beef patty will not disappoint either! I'm not kidding when I say it's the best food I've had in the area!I've been to many places, and you couldn't tell me that I didn't get this food. I will always go if I am near to it with my friends try more things on the menu! If you're anywhere in the area, don't pass it up,this restaurant is a must try.
