“The GM Diana is AMAZING! I contacted the restaurant to order 280 double stack burgers for National Burger Day. We had a couple special requests and they were met with a smile. A few days prior to the order date, Diana reached out to make sure everything was still a go. She even had people on the team come in early to meet our pick up time. The food was fresh, hot and tasty. Our employees LOVED it! Thanks Diana and team. Y'all are the BEST!“

“I love wendys, especially because it's always open even when nothing else is. I will say sometimes they are out of random stuff, like the other day I went for breakfast and they were out of eggs... also the drive through is totally human free now. But if youre doing a mobile order or ordering inside its always fine.“

“I visited this place around 6:30 PM and ordered chicken tenders, which is fairly new on the menu. When I pulled up to the window, they told me it would take six minutes. I was a little upset, but a Cook overheard my conversation and calmly said it should only take 3 to 4 minutes that he already put them in the fryer. They asked me to pull off to the side and wait and when he delivered the food to my vehicle, he was very apologetic and very nice while serving me my food. I was very pleased with the way this kid took his time to remain calm and professional, while I might have seemed upset about how long it would take to order fast food. Not too often do you see this situation occur while ordering fast food. Congrats to the managers and the staff that maintain this protocol because there were several employees that remain calmand try to make me feel comfortable and satisfied. I would definitely feel good about visiting this fast food chain in the future.“

“I was craving some spicy chicken nuggets and decided to go to Wendy’s. Did not think much of it since it’s been a while since I last visited this Wendy’s. I have to say everything was fresh! The fries and nuggets were crispy and the chicken sandwich was on point. Keep it up!“
