At 9:30 this evening we attempted to obtain 2 Frosty's. The drive-thru was backed up so we went inside. Upon entering we were told the inside was closed. I commented that the doors were unlocked and the girl said they were broke, but followed us out to lock them. I pointed out that the sign on the door indicated the inside was open till 10pm. She said the sign is wrong.

The drive through uses an AI chatbot to take your order - an unnecessary and unpleasant experience.
The young ladies working at this Wendy’s were so nice!! Clean place, good service. The food was dried out and old though. So that’s too bad.
