“At the drive-thru I ordered the apple-pecan salad, not knowing what to expect because of previous commentary. It was a delicious offering—nicely grilled chicken on a bed of fresh greens with several great add-ins, including chopped apples, dried cranberries, blue cheese crumbles, and crispy pecan pieces. The pomegranate dressing was perfect. I was impressed by the quality and would be willing to try Wendy’s other salads as a result 🥗 Thank you to the Wendy’s team tonight, 4/30/2026!“
“My five stars are for Pierre, Jen and Jose.
Not for the corporation of Wendy's.
So I have seen that this Wendy's has improved over all in the past couple of years.
I think that I learned a few days ago why.
I got to see the manager Pierre in action.
He was real laid-back and was working without applying unnecessary pressure to his diverse crew.
Some of the things that are not five star are the fact that:
1. You have to ask for a real person because a robot will answer at the drive-thru.
2. Some of the employees are under pressure to get people drive thru because they're being timed. So Wendy's is compromising speed for customer service
Some of my favorite employees that I've gotten to know here are Jen and Jose.
They both are good with people and are really just trying to do a good job!
You have to remember folks that this is a fast food restaurant!
Oh, and about the food... I like the Swiss cheese and bacon breakfast croissant sandwich that Jen recommended!“
