“I was that person pulling through the drive through needing a larger than usual order and wasn't sure what I needed. (I know, chill, it was one of those days, ok). The staff was so great. The manager was increadibly patient with me, helped me get the order together. The staff were SUPER nice at the window, asked me to pull up to wait but then everything came out in no time- hot, fast and really well done. (Sometimes places get flustered with the big orders and get sloppy but this was super neatly packed).
Tbh, these little Jr. Delux Cheeseburgers were best looking fast food burger I've seen in a while, maybe ever. They actually looked like the TV ads, with all the well cut fresh veggies, melt cheese and perfect bun.
And then I forgot my receipt, which of course I needed and didn't realize until 30 minutes later. (They asked it was my bad, again, rough day). I called and the manager went way above and beyond to get me a copy. The actual best ❤
I don't know, but I feel like fast food has been dropping a bit recently especially with service, but Wendy's is stepping up! This is the 3rd location the area recently where the food and staff have been really outstanding. Honestly. It was worth the review. Keep it up!! We will definitely be back.“
“I love their chili. What can I say? I remember when it used to be a $1.50 ... : ) at any rate. I also use pre-made packaged rice from one of the dollar type stores right around the corner. Please see my photos. Mix them together in your bowl of choosing half package of rice add to half of the chili. It makes a nice size meal and enough that you can share with your friend. Chili was good. I added cheese. It's also great if you add the chopped onions and a little hot sauce. Tks“
“This Wendy’s deserves a shout out! I work in a nursing home and had came to place and pick up 17 orders. Clarance took my order he had the best patience! The service and atmosphere was amazing! I wish I got the name of the manager I assume that’s what she was she was GREAT and such a big help! My appreciation goes further to all the staff there. Each member played a role in my massive separated 17 orders! Thank you and keep up the work!“
