“Unfortunately I do not know the name of the woman who took my order today, but I wish I did because she gave me the best service I have ever received at a Wendy's. It qas around 12:40pm in the drive-thru. She was polite, accurate, and efficient. I had been having a tough day and wasnt expecting someone to be kind through a drive-thru! It is the little things that really make someone's day, and I can honestly say this interaction was greatly appreciated!“
“The place was extremely busy due to its location and also that it was lunch time when I was there, but customer service was on point!! A lady by the name of Alice was working the super busy register and she maintained professionalism and courtesy the entire time. She was extremely nice to every customer i saw while there. She greeted everyone with a friendly smile and politeness. She even informed me of a discount i was eligible for! Super nice lady. The manager was just as polite while busy at it preparing everyone's orders. Great service!!“
“Only problem I have with All Wendy’s,they have mustard options…. Every Wendy’s I try Never put mustard on the burgers ever and they don’t give you the packets as well 🤦🏼♀️ if your not going to do the Mustard why have it as a option?“
