Wendy's in Ocala

“For a gas station Wendy's, my expectations were low. But wow, what a great restaurant. Super friendly staff, food came out quickly and was hot and fresh, and the building was very clean. Zero complaints whatsoever, and would definitely recommend a visit if you're in the area or just passing through.“

“I arrived in the noontime when it was very busy for lunch. Despite how busy it was they were very quick to deliver my food after the order. Super kind and efficient people. The place was clean, neat, and one of the nicer locations out of the ones I’ve been to throughout my life. The burger and fries were delicious. The fries were a perfect crispy texture with just the right amount of salt. And my classic chocolate birthday frosty was such a nice refreshing treat to contrast the hot day. I would definitely go again. (Also I have to mention that I repeatedly saw the workers cleaning the table surfaces and floor so the place was kept looking spick and span).“

“The other day I had very bad service from a lady slamming the window door in my face when I told the cashier to “have a nice night” after getting my food and being very short during our interactions. However I went there again tonight and the lady at the window today was the sweetest person ever, explaining why the card reader wasn’t working in a funny manner. She parked me and the dude that walked out my food was just as nice as well. Idk if the other lady wasn’t having a good day or just simply didn’t hear me, but tonight really made me smile on the drive home.“

“We dined in for Sunday lunch. They have 2 kiosks to take orders, but also had a cashier take orders. Cashier was friendly, food was great, but was slow. Took over 7 minutes to get food, spicey chicken sandwich and fries. The customer beverage machine could not make any coke beverages, but behind the counter they could.“

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Wendy’s! The food was fresh, delicious, and served quickly, but what really made my day was the incredibly friendly and positive staff. Every person I met here smiled, greeted me warmly, and genuinely cared about my experience. It’s so rare to find a team that brings this much kindness and good energy into their work — I honestly felt lucky to stop by today.
