Wendy's in Ocala

“For a gas station Wendy's, my expectations were low. But wow, what a great restaurant. Super friendly staff, food came out quickly and was hot and fresh, and the building was very clean. Zero complaints whatsoever, and would definitely recommend a visit if you're in the area or just passing through.“

“This experience was very nice. I mobile ordered. The guy and manager lady running the window were super nice and polite.
My food wasn't ready but the manager soon came out with my items. She asked me if I had all my drinks(I didn't order any) making sure I had absolutely everything in my order. 💜 My food was delicious! Thank you A team!“

“All the food was great. Well done outside to the steak place. Not just commercial versions of steak that cut it to your desired thicknesses whichever cut you need, whether it be. T-bone ribeye, filet mignon and other cuts. This is a great Pace. The waitress was the best! Very attentive. Great place. Go early. It gets packed.“

“The other day I had very bad service from a lady slamming the window door in my face when I told the cashier to “have a nice night” after getting my food and being very short during our interactions. However I went there again tonight and the lady at the window today was the sweetest person ever, explaining why the card reader wasn’t working in a funny manner. She parked me and the dude that walked out my food was just as nice as well. Idk if the other lady wasn’t having a good day or just simply didn’t hear me, but tonight really made me smile on the drive home.“

I just wanted to give a special shout-out to Genny at the front counter. She was absolutely wonderful—so friendly, kind, and welcoming! She made me feel comfortable right away and went out of her way to be helpful. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people she helps. Excellent customer service and a great attitude! Genny definitely deserves recognition for the way she treats customers.“

“I got a Dave's Double between 8-9 PM on a Thursday night. While the entire outside of the wrapper was somehow covered in grease, it was delicious, I was completely full, and I didn't get sick after eating it, so yay! Reasonably short wait at that time too.“

“New cookie dough frosty is amazing. Tenders are fresh and fries are tasty. Staff is kind. Nice people in the store. A decent location here at the pilot next to cinnabon (former dq). Only thing I dislike is it's difficult getting in and out, but that's a building owner issue.“
