Genny Was Amazing!
I just wanted to give a special shout-out to Genny at the front counter. She was absolutely wonderful—so friendly, kind, and welcoming! She made me feel comfortable right away and went out of her way to be helpful. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people she helps. Excellent customer service and a great attitude! Genny definitely deserves recognition for the way she treats customers.

Wendy's offers good and fresh food, although the drive-thru line can be slow. Mobile ordering may be a quicker option, but the kiosks are not always working. Prices can be high, as a meal for three cost around $26. The staff provide service, but orders are often made wrong. Customers appreciate the great food and outstanding customer care at this location, though the fries are barely filled.
