I am so sorry to write this review..
I know ice cream..I am very familiar with scoops.
Scoops has change. their ice-cream recipe..
When spooning the ice cream it leaves a trail like a pizza cheese..Its gummy and heavy on syurpy.. It not ice cream or very little milk cream. I count on quality ingredients..$10.00 is not worth what scoops is serving.
Even your whip cream is full of air no flavor and only applied on the middle scoop on the banana split.

Great service and 1 scoop is largest I’ve ever had!!!
I was really craving some REAL ice cream and after dinner at Joeys I walked over to Scoops. I love the old times soda shop look and the flavors on display were many and quite a variety. I asked for two scoops of black cherry in a cup and the girl lopped on two giant scoops easily surpassing the height of the cup by a lot.
