“Yes yes yes!! 10/10! The staff is so friendly! Me & my family had came to visit for a sweet treat & wow. Customer service was spot on! The two employees had offered my son & I tons of samples. My favorite was the new flavor. They had taken their time curating our orders. My husband had requested his Milkshake extra thick & we needed a spoon Ha! This place is clean, well put together, & they know their icecream! Well done Ocala! Finally a family friendly place to visit.“

“Almost always have some of their cotton candy italian ice in my freezer since it is the perfect texture italian ice, sometimes I have noticed it has some blue in it that tastes more like bubble gum. If you guys could also somehow get that or the icecream I would definitely purchase“

“A small ice cream shop located conveniently in the WEC, offering delicious ice cream, and candy. The waffle cones that are made in house are great and a must get option. The staff is very helpful and friendly. This is a great stop when you are looking for something sweet to beat the heat.“

“I have to say this place is the best. They have the BEST ice cream and so many options to choose from. We love coming here. We get to eat ice cream, listen to fun music, and the kids get to play with bubbles, chalk and hula hoops. It's honestly my kids favorite thing to do. The staff is amazing and so friendly, especially the manager. If your looking for a delicious treat and a fun time I HIGHLY recommend.“

“In my opinion, Culver's is like Chick-fil-A, but better due to their menu selection. Like Chick-fil-A, their service is awesome, workers are super friendly,and the establishment is very clean. If you go, make sure to get their world famous cheese curds! Don't forget to use my upgrade hacks...you can upgrade your fries to cheese curds, and the fountain drink to a milkshake, or famous concrete at a small upcharge!“

“most of the time we have a really good experience but today our food was cold, I didn't receive any of my ranch for my chicken or marinara for the cheese sticks. The cheese wasn't even melted. It wasn't very busy at all, maybe its just an off day 😞 This was my first not so good experience at this location.“

“The best we have ever had!!!! The gelato is equivalent or better than any gelato we have had in Italy, Switzerland, or Germany. We would share our favorite flavor, but that changes every time we go, as the owner only uses the freshest seasonal ingredients. Let's just say we can't find a flavor we don't like. Today a shout out for the grapefruit, amaretto, biscotti, cannoli, coffee, and chocolate gelato. My husband is the biggest coffee snob I know. He spends hours weekly ordering the best beans, roasting them, and pulling shots of espresso. It is rare that we go out for coffee and we can say the coffee is good. This owner knows how to pull a good shot of espresso!“
