Excellent ice cream and service 👌
Yes yes yes!! 10/10! The staff is so friendly! Me & my family had came to visit for a sweet treat & wow. Customer service was spot on! The two employees had offered my son & I tons of samples. My favorite was the new flavor. They had taken their time curating our orders. My husband had requested his Milkshake extra thick & we needed a spoon Ha! This place is clean, well put together, & they know their icecream! Well done Ocala! Finally a family friendly place to visit.
On Sunday, I visited this establishment for ice cream after dinner with my family. I was thoroughly impressed by the attentive and enthusiastic service provided by the staff. The location is immaculate and clean. The menu offers an exceptional variety of flavors, including coconut, rum raisins, chocolate, peanut butter, and a peanut butter sundae. Each flavor was delicious and delectable. I eagerly anticipate returning to this establishment for more delectable ice cream.

The manager is always super helpful, and all the staff create a welcoming environment. The customer service is spot on, with employees taking their time curating orders. The location is immaculate, clean, and well put together.

For those with dietary needs, there is a delicious gluten free and dairy free jamocha ice cream flavor, and the server took the time to wash the utensils and sanitize to ensure no cross contamination. The staff knows their icecream and provides exceptional customer service, recommending the perfect toppings with each ice cream.
