We went here for after lunch coffee. Had to use the restroom in a hurry. Got to the door and there was an electronic lock on it. It took a bit to get an employees attention to ask for the code. Once I got inside, there was pee all over the toilet seat. After cleaning it I was just barely able to make it. After leaving the restroom I could see why there was a lock on the door. Forgot his name, whomever he was that took my order? He was great CS, gave welcoming verbiage and expression. However, when inarrives at the window, Lady at the window, she was very robotic and glazed over, and almost annoyed with the fact that I didn't notice the tip reference for tap. And she said it twice, but so low and almost inaudible, that I missed it both times. Maybe she was having a bad AM or not a morning person and didn't feel like faking perky.
