“I stumbled upon this ice cream shop and what a delightful surprise it was! Not only is their ice cream delicious, but their lunch menu is also exceptional. The Colombian offerings add a unique flavor to the community. The empanadas are hot, fresh, and utterly irresistible, while the pressed Cubans are simply amazing! The atmosphere and decor of this shop are adorable, making it a must-visit spot. The staff is so kind, helpful & patient! Definitely worthy of 5 stars! Highly recommended!“
“The 2 ladies who were manning the scoops on 2/2/24 at about 2 pm were the best. They offered tastes, offered and cleaned the available table, when, frankly, we would have ate it in the car, and were so very pleasant to us out-of-towners.We met and conversed with 2 couples, (local), who were delightful. All-in-all, a wonderful, old fashioned experience.And then there was the ice cream!!!!! So very good! Generous portions of great flavors at reasonable prices. Who can ask for more??“
“TLDR is GET ICE CREAM HERE! You can probably tell by my waist size that I’ve eaten more ice cream than I care to admit but Guyer’s has to be among the best! It’s SUPER thick, creamy, flavorful, sweet… just amazing! I don’t know what kind of alchemy or magic they’re using but it even seems to melt slower than normal ice cream. My first trip I got 1 scoop of Blueberry Cheesecake and 1 Strawberry (fruit right… I can at least pretend that it’s healthier than chocolate)! My 2nd trip (yes it was like 18 hours later… don’t judge me;) I got 1 scoop of Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup (PB = protein so healthy) and 1 Manatee Kisses… all incredible! I haven’t had their donuts yet but I hear they’re equally amazing! They also have dairy free and no sugar added options and snow cones! There are only a few tables inside but it’s Florida so there’s plenty of seating out on their elevated deck! Not the cheapest but worth every penny and calorie! “Guess I'm not a total connoisseur but I really like Dairy Queen. I order pretty much the same thing every time I go there. I like their fish sandwich combo. Wish they had a little better selection of drinks. I like Orange Fanta but I can settle for root beer which is what I usually get. Just like everyone else the portions are getting somewhat smaller and the prices somewhat higher. Can't really blame them for that because who knows what they have to pay for the ingredients. I would probably give them a five if it wasn't for that. And I know it's probably not healthy, but I really love their Peanut Buster Parfait. It's not health food, but it's comfort food. I try not to get that very often even though I really love it. The people working at the Dairy Queen are always extremely nice no matter which one I go to. I will keep going to this one because I really do get hungry specifically for their fish sandwich. I think people probably know they're not exactly getting health food when they go there, but you have to live a little. If you feel the same way, then I do recommend Dairy Queen.Parking: Seems to always be plenty of parking. Lots of people use the drive-thru.“
“I absolutely love going into this store! They have things from back in time to things of today. I love Simply Southern and the carry a huge variety for cheaper prices than most of the stores I go in. They carry out of the ordinary things I have bought. It's just an all around great little store with awesome people. Mary and Michelle are always very kind!“
“Even with it being busy time I went inside to order a to go order. Dinner came fast and everything was there except for freshly packed frozen custard which they made up immediately and apologized. Only complaint was they put butter for rolls and Tarter sauce in with hot food and lemon on the fries. Butter was liquid and fries soggy before I got home. (Tarter was ok warmed up :) )“
“The young man who served us our ice cream this evening could not have been more pleasant and helpful. There were 6 of us. He took the time to answer questions and make recommendations without getting annoyed. This kid should be training all of the DD / Baskin-Robbins employees.“
“We absolutely love this place! It’s just like back home up north italian ice, so many flavors to choose from, many hand dipped ice creams well, the are all so yummy. Super nice owner, very personable & a super clean facility for sure! Highly recommend if you’re new to the area as we are , to definitely give this place a try. This is always our go to. ?after the best pizza next door lol“
