“We attended Kelly’s Half Shell Pub on Sunday March 3rd 2024, the 4 of us had Guinness one of us was just introduced to it and love it. The pint were excellent! We had clams, Shepard pie, fish and chips along with lobster poutine, all served piping hot and delicious no complaints at all. The portions were big and left us full. We did split a key lime pie and it was also amazing. The best part of our night was our server Erica. H, she was on point all night checking in with us and quick wit and banter to boot! I will have to say in all my dinning experiences she rates number 1 in service and talent. Kelly’s is very lucky to have her around their tables. I hope she got her Strawberry cream donut! “We found this place online and were very happy we stopped for ice cream! They have a bunch of different flavors, and the scoop sizes are generous! The environment is fun and colorful, with music and art. It's a great place for kids. For adults who are interested, they even have "adult flavors." We got to talk to the owner, and he works hard to provide wonderful service to everyone who comes in. All the ice cream is made in store fresh, and it is evident because the ice cream is delicious. The prices are very good as well. I would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great treat.”

“We found this gem while exploring the 1920s buildings and history in downtown Crystal River Florida. Located in a red brick building that was once a doctor’s office, there’s inside coziness with tables and a bar plus an outside back seating area with a waterfall. Catherine our server and Jeff the owner were warm and friendly. She mobilized the staff and a customer to sing Happy Birthday to my husband.”

“I cannot get enough of this place! I am working my way through the menu. So far absolutely blown away by the mussels - best I’ve had ever - the soups, the clams, corn on the cob, the corn nuggets…that’s all I’ve had time to try so far but loved all of them. I also love the traditional Portuguese pastry, took those cold to go and had them for breakfast the next day. Chocolate mousse pie is a die and go to Heaven situation! Love love love this place!!!”

“I'm from New York and whenever I come to Crystal River to visit family, I make at least one stop at cattle dog! It's great coffee with fun seasonal drinks, I've never had the same drink twice. Just got a fluffy bunny: toasted marshmallow and caramel. If you don't like the sweet stuff that's fine because again, it's great coffee and they have so many blends. If you enjoy it as much as I do, they have so many kinds of beans in bags to go. They'll grind the beans for you and everything.Food rocks too! The rotation of pastries has a mix of simple and funky options. Lots of yummy sandwiches. I got a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant today, which is cheaper than the one I got at Dunkin yesterday and like 10x better.The people are consistently lovely too, great service every time I've visited. And with my visits being spread out over the last 3 years, I think that says something about management.If you're visiting CR, make a stop at cattle dog and support these lovely people! Perfect place for a quick brunch before an adventure or to grab drinks to go and walk around town.”

“I always enjoy my lunches at the Burger Station though recently apprehensive when I saw a health department review and saw there was a small violation+-- which was quickly taken care of and passed re-inspection. "Mold in ice machine"Look at this blue cheese burger with bacon! It was loaded! Who would not love this burger, besides a vegetarian? I savored every mouthful, and gave thanks for it. So SO good! My once in a month beef splurge! Well done Burger Station! Going to keep you on your toes with my review!”

“I got the Arthur Avenue, best sandwich I have had in Florida, hands down. It was loaded with meat, cheese and lots of "fixens". Worth every penny I paid ( I actually think it was a steal). I couldn't believe how big it was, had to weigh 2 pounds. The staff was friendly, and service was good, considering that my sandwich was made to order, not sitting around in a warmer or chiller. I highly reccomend this place, go soon, before they wise up and start charging more!!!?”

“First visit at Lugo’s Grill. This place is very cozy. Nice warm dark wood inside. Owners and staff are super nice and attentive. I had the best Cuban sandwich I have ever tasted so far and it was thick and huge. I haven’t been to Cuba or Miami but Lugo’s is closer ? and it was a really good sandwich. The generous amount of meats were seasoned perfectly and served between perfectly pressed flaky crunchy bread. All the portions coming out of the kitchen look generous and delicious so we will be going back to try something else. It is cash only which we are fine with and they have an ATM machine. I can’t blame them for not wanting to deal with credit card fees. There is a history of the place on the back of the menu worth reading.Update: Second visit - Tostones Rellenos were delicious and plentiful. I only wish they served Yucca fries as a side option with their sandwiches because they would be a unique diversion from French fries. Sides here are French fries, rice and beans or sweet plantains, which are all good.”
