“We’ve been going to Glory Days in Lecanto ever since it opened. We’ve never had a bad meal nor have we had bad service. We would, however, like to give Tracy, a greeter and goodwill ambassador, a shoutout. She is an excellent representation of what a hostess/employee/helper should be. She always wears a smile, is knowledgeable, and takes excellent care of the customers. If I could I would clone her!”

“2026-09-10: It has been years since I have been to a Five Guys, and my first time here. I got here just before 5pm. I ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger, a Bacon Cheese Dog, a small order of fries, a Reese's Milk Shake, and an iced tea. The food was very good. What impressed me the most were the five guys and one girl who were working this evening. They cheerfully greeted everyone who entered, and most of all, they all looked so happy and cheerful and appeared to get along very well. It isn't often that I see employees appear as happy as they seem to be. I like to praise people who do well, and I hope management lets them know as well.”
