We would, however, like to give Tracy, a greeter and goodwill ambassador, a shoutout. She is an excellent representation of what a hostess/employee/helper should be. She always wears a smile, is knowledgeable, and takes excellent care of the customers. If I could I would clone her!”

The line seems to move pretty slow, but that seemed to have a lot to do with slow customers or people ordering several gallons of food. The food tasted just fine, and I like their drink selection. I wouldn't change anything here in particular.”

The owners themselves greeted us warmly, ensuring that everything was perfect, and even offered us a delightful sample! The apple pie sundae we tried was out of this world. The combination of fresh doughnuts and the creamiest, most delicious ice cream left us speechless. Normally, I'm not a fan of scooped ice cream, but this was softer and more flavorful than any soft serve I've had. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and visit Guyer's Doughnuts. “We heard about the Ice Cream Barr in Homosassa and thought we would see for ourselves. YES - Best Homemade Ice Cream EVER. Homemade Cherries too! Portions are HUGE. Ice cream has Huge chunks of whatever you order. The Ice Cream Barr received high scores from all four of us.”
