This review is about our catered luncheon for our ladies group. We were so impressed with our meal on Tuesday. The pork loin with the cherry reduction was tender and full of flavor. The lemon chicken was also delicious and was a welcome addition to the basic chicken breast normally served at luncheons. The mini potatoes were perfect to turn into salt potatoes. We added some butter and salt. The green beans I am told were yummy . Thank you so much for making our luncheon special!
