“Delicious food, everything was great! My family and I tried the fried pork chop, fried chicken, smothered chicken, Mac and cheese, veggies, and the cake - all of it was delicious, would eat here again.”

“I cannot get enough of this place! I am working my way through the menu. So far absolutely blown away by the mussels - best I’ve had ever - the soups, the clams, corn on the cob, the corn nuggets…that’s all I’ve had time to try so far but loved all of them. I also love the traditional Portuguese pastry, took those cold to go and had them for breakfast the next day. Chocolate mousse pie is a die and go to Heaven situation! Love love love this place!!!”

“If you are looking for a local’s favorite place to eat before or after a day on the river, or when staying locally, check out Purple Sage Cafe! ❤️❤️They always have yummy options for breakfast & lunch during the week and a tasty fish fry (with a local musician) on Friday evenings! Besides the meals, great atmosphere & excellent service, her desserts are made in house & are sooooo dangerously delicious!!And if you see the owner, Sandy, say hi, she is such an amazing host! ?”

“First visit at Lugo’s Grill. This place is very cozy. Nice warm dark wood inside. Owners and staff are super nice and attentive. I had the best Cuban sandwich I have ever tasted so far and it was thick and huge. I haven’t been to Cuba or Miami but Lugo’s is closer ? and it was a really good sandwich. The generous amount of meats were seasoned perfectly and served between perfectly pressed flaky crunchy bread. All the portions coming out of the kitchen look generous and delicious so we will be going back to try something else. It is cash only which we are fine with and they have an ATM machine. I can’t blame them for not wanting to deal with credit card fees. There is a history of the place on the back of the menu worth reading.Update: Second visit - Tostones Rellenos were delicious and plentiful. I only wish they served Yucca fries as a side option with their sandwiches because they would be a unique diversion from French fries. Sides here are French fries, rice and beans or sweet plantains, which are all good.”

“New to the area and really wanted some Mexican food. Looked at reviews and Riviera Maya had very good reviews. We were promptly greeted and seated in this beautiful restaurant. Chips and drinks came quickly. The crisp warm chips with the homemade salsa is outstanding. The walls and tables are beautifully painted and with colorful wooden carvings. There is plenty of family style seating and booths. There is a full bar and the staff are friendly, Wendy checked on us and made sure we were pleased. I had the taquitos, they were crisp and the beef was delicious. The salad was fresh and the guacamole was so flavorful. My husband had the super burrito and again it came hot and delicious. The chicken had a very nice light spicy flavor. There is a sports TV if interested. This was a very good experience. Don't miss out on a chance for hot, flavorful Mexican food in a nice environment.”

“Had a wonderful night after being recommended to the silver moon by Dori at Thirsty Turtle. Didn’t catch the bartenders name that night but she’s a sweetheart from Kent with the most beautiful hair and said ‘BEEP BEEP HONK HONK’ a few times. Great place to spend a Tuesday night. The bar back was great too! Last but absolutely not the least there’s not only an honest crowd but also honest staff. I left my pocketbook/purse with over $100 in it there and didn’t even notice til 6pm the next day. I called and immediately they said yes, it’s safe in the office; I went and picked it up and all my cash was still in the bag too! Safe to say, I’ll be back any time in in town for some karaoke and good drinks!Wheelchair accessibility: There’s a ramp to the front door that isn’t too steep and the door seal is reasonable to roll across too.”

“Right on the rainbow river, you can watch everyone floating down the river in their tube's, they provided games, which was nice. All the appetizers were delicious, the surf & turf was good. The service was excellent, we had an enjoyable experience.”

“For Little Caesars Pizza, we have zero complaints. We moved here into Dunnellon late 2022 from Winter Garden. We feel you can't go wrong by visiting this location when you're in the mood for Little Caesars Pizza!”
