Ellianos Coffee is a popular spot known for its friendly service and a variety of beverages and food items. Customers appreciate the fast and kind service, with some mentioning staff members like Zen, Phinli, and Ashley for their helpfulness and welcoming attitude. Many visitors enjoy the coffee, especially praising the Ocean Mist, and describe it as the best they've ever tasted. The shop offers items such as coffee, refreshers, lemonade, muffins, and grit bowls, with consistent positive experiences in these areas.
However, some reviews highlight inconsistency in the quality of coffee and food. Customers note that the flavor of coffee can differ each time, and croissants may sometimes be too hard, possibly due to microwaving. There have also been issues with mobile orders, where timing and accuracy sometimes cause confusion. One reviewer pointed out that the drive-thru is the only atmosphere, but still enjoyed the overall experience.
Overall, Ellianos Coffee is loved for its quick, friendly service and tasty drinks, with a few occasional inconsistencies that some customers hope will be improved. It remains a favorite for many, especially those who enjoy their signature drinks and friendly staff.
