Don Pepe's Is my 15 year old favorite place to go eat and we frequent every month just want to give a shout out to Pedro and Pops Actually the whole crew for always having outstanding hospitality!!!... Don Pepe Mexican Restaurant serves great food in a small, welcoming atmosphere. The menu features popular options like chicken fajitas for two, perfect for sharing at around $40, as well as a "K" Combination Platter with a variety of dishes. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible and offers generous portions of chips and salsa. Customers appreciate the friendly and attentive service, with food coming out quickly and being hot and fresh, making it close to authentic Mexican food. The restaurant is especially known for its amazing cheese dip and yummy burritos, making it a treasured local favorite. It is a great place to grab a bite, especially for lunch after thrifting in the Dunnellon historic district. The rustic decor adds to the charm, making it a kid-friendly spot with a children's menu and high chairs available. Although it has been noted that the restaurant can be understaffed during busy times, the food remains delicious and the atmosphere inviting.
