About Blue Gator Tiki Bar & Restaurant

Blue Gator Tiki Bar & Restaurant offers a friendly atmosphere with attentive service. The staff, including the new GM, has been responsive to customer feedback, bringing back the original recipe for their popular fried mushrooms. The menu features a variety of options such as calamari, fish dip, gator bites, fish tacos, Ruben sandwich, grouper fingers, and a Cuban dish. They cater to dietary restrictions with gluten-free options. The laid-back ambiance is complemented by live music, and the portions are generous. However, service can be slow during busy times, and there have been recent complaints about the quality of some dishes, including greasy blackened shrimp and dry wings. Despite these issues, the food prices remain reasonable. Customers have praised the great service, especially highlighting the staff's personable nature. Additionally, they provide boat rentals for the Rainbow River or Wit, making it a versatile dining choice for visitors. Though the A/C was not working during one visit, the young ladies behind the counter made a positive impact with their service. The restaurant offers a pleasant spot to enjoy drinks, and the outdoor fans help combat the heat, making it an inviting place to relax by the water.
