“The best ice cream. Even better people. We love this place. Can’t beat it.“

“We had a great time at dinner tonight! The hibachi chicken, soup and pot stickers were wonderful and plentiful. Don’t let the name or the exterior if the building throw you off, be sure to give it a try!“

“Please ignore any reviews prior to 2024. Eli’s (formerly Jan’s) is under new ownership and it’s so much better. Food and service is good. Give the place a second chance and enjoy a good meal with lots of nice people!“

“Super clean, really fun decor, amazingly cold AC. We got a 10” inch cheese pizza, iced cold brew, soda and a scoop of strawberry ice cream in a cup. Pizza had a super thin crust, which we love. I gave 4 stars because of customer service, which just needs some improvement.“

“incredible service and high quality treats & food!“

“Love this place and the enviroment is everything“

“Such nice people!! Love the ice cream and milkshakes!!! Love to support local“

“Yes yes yes!! 10/10! The staff is so friendly! Me & my family had came to visit for a sweet treat & wow. Customer service was spot on! The two employees had offered my son & I tons of samples. My favorite was the new flavor. They had taken their time curating our orders. My husband had requested his Milkshake extra thick & we needed a spoon Ha! This place is clean, well put together, & they know their icecream! Well done Ocala! Finally a family friendly place to visit.“

“Almost always have some of their cotton candy italian ice in my freezer since it is the perfect texture italian ice, sometimes I have noticed it has some blue in it that tastes more like bubble gum. If you guys could also somehow get that or the icecream I would definitely purchase“

“I have to say this place is the best. They have the BEST ice cream and so many options to choose from. We love coming here. We get to eat ice cream, listen to fun music, and the kids get to play with bubbles, chalk and hula hoops. It's honestly my kids favorite thing to do. The staff is amazing and so friendly, especially the manager. If your looking for a delicious treat and a fun time I HIGHLY recommend.“

“Best ice creams in Florida“

“This Cold Stone location delivers exceptional service. The employees are respectful, attentive, and consistently professional. They offer a wide variety of gluten‑free ice cream options for guests with celiac disease or food allergies, and what truly sets them apart is how seriously they take allergen safety. Orders for customers with allergies are prepared in a separate room to prevent any cross‑contamination, demonstrating a level of care that is rare and deeply appreciated.

The store is clean, well‑organized, and maintains a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking to enjoy a refreshing ice cream experience. Enjoy.“

“We were just down at the Farmers Market in Ocala and grabbed a couple of Roast Beef sandwiches for lunch. Outstanding!!“

“I had the vegi burger in a lettuce wrap, faaaaabulous!“

“My sundae was delicious! The girl working the counter was very helpful as I had never been there before. Will definitely return !“

“Delicious frozen yogurt! 🍦 💖“

“most of the time we have a really good experience but today our food was cold, I didn't receive any of my ranch for my chicken or marinara for the cheese sticks. The cheese wasn't even melted. It wasn't very busy at all, maybe its just an off day 😞 This was my first not so good experience at this location.“

“great burgers. Good service with a friendly staff. We enjoy sitting at the tables.“
