Went through the drive thru to get ice cream workers stated they were out of flavors we asked for. We then asked which favors they did have and told us we can come inside to look because they have 31 flavors, yet they stated they were out of half of the flavors. The workers then started talking over each other shouting at us. We were very aggregated that they were not being helpful in answering our questions we were just confused and trying to figure out what they had in stock....read full review
We had an excellent experience here. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Rachael recommended some really yummy flavors of ice cream and was such a treat to talk to. Very pleasant and provided us with fantastic customer service.

Worst piece of crap ice cream store ever. 7/16/2023 around 9pm I went to the drive thru to order a large chocolate fudge milkshake. Waited 20 mins for my order for this dude to come up and asked me what kind of milkshake i wanted. I refused to wait another 20 mins so i just asked a refund and I was told in order to get a refund i have to go back to the line at the drive thru. I didnt want to wait god knows how long so i said ill just leave and ended up paying $10 not getting anything....read full review
