Baskin-Robbins provides excellent customer service, with friendly and helpful staff. Rachael and Des are notable for their great recommendations and fantastic service. The restaurant serves delicious milkshakes and ice cream, including unique flavors and treats like Double Scoop Pistachio Almonds. However, there can be occasional mistakes with orders, such as incorrect serving containers. Despite this, the staff strives to correct errors and provide a pleasant experience for customers.
