Hash browns were cold ice cream was melting right out of the window.. just wow.. I asked them for hot hash browns and they microwave them and gave them back .. horrible

Worst piece of crap ice cream store ever. 7/16/2023 around 9pm I went to the drive thru to order a large chocolate fudge milkshake. Waited 20 mins for my order for this dude to come up and asked me what kind of milkshake i wanted. I refused to wait another 20 mins so i just asked a refund and I was told in order to get a refund i have to go back to the line at the drive thru. I didnt want to wait god knows how long so i said ill just leave and ended up paying $10 not getting anything. What garbage piece of crap store is this.

Went through the drive thru to get ice cream workers stated they were out of flavors we asked for. We then asked which favors they did have and told us we can come inside to look because they have 31 flavors, yet they stated they were out of half of the flavors. The workers then started talking over each other shouting at us. We were very aggregated that they were not being helpful in answering our questions we were just confused and trying to figure out what they had in stock. We left and proceeded to get ice cream from DQ who had exceptional service and were very friendly.

We had an excellent experience here. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Rachael recommended some really yummy flavors of ice cream and was such a treat to talk to. Very pleasant and provided us with fantastic customer service.

It was during a chill time of the day and I got an excellent milkshake and great customer service from Des, incredible worker. It was an amazing first time at a Baskin and Robins.?

Ice cream was good, staff was OK.They're out of Bananas ? for the 4 th straight time.The staff's excuse was they buy them fresh everyday, and they run out everyday. It seems like the Manager needs to order more. ?Simple math, you can either throw 1 or 2 away at the end of the night, or have unhappy customers. I was there 4 hours before close ?, it's not like i show up at 9:50p.Last 2 times I came here I left without purchasing anything. This time 1 just got 2 scoops, as did my family and left. I think 3 Large Banana Milkshake would be more profitable. ?

Perfectly delicious I will agree that it comes very close to Perfectly Delicious both Baskin Robbins, and Dunkin Donuts are I ordered 12 Dozen Donuts from Dunkin Donuts, and 1 Double Scoop Pistachio Almonds,and they are excellent in service,and food!

Worst experience and way overpriced for what we got. Ice cream was so-so, nothing special, but we ordered 2 vanilla shakes at like $8.65 each and what we got was watery ice milk, not a shake at all, it was basically like drink cold milk. My frien went in to complain and the guy said well that's the way we make em. Offered to refund but other customers came in and told him you'll have to wait. After a while he got fed up and left so $19+ was wasted. Well never go back there. Any place that can't do a decent milk shake and charge for essentially ice cold milk should be ashamed of themselves. First time tried, again will never go back again.

Walked in for iced coffee and an ice cream. Young lady that took order rang up waffle bowl for ice cream when we specifically asked for it in a cup. She told the server two scoops in a cup. The server looked at receipt and said in a waffle bowl and we said cup, she asked if I wanted a receipt and I did. I looked at the receipt and said you charged for a waffle bowl to which she told the server to give us it in a waffle bowl cause she charged us for it. Nice to know you don’t get what you order and pay for what you didn’t want.
