“I went to your Brownwood location in Wildwood order full rack of ribs they gave me half a rack it was dry barely had sauce on it managers says he don't sell full racks been there before got full rack 3 times why is it different this time paid same price I can't eat it I know I came in at 11pm y'all close at 12 they could of said kitchen closed it ruined my dinner I worked 8 hours today didn't wanna cook to spend 25 dollars to get food that can't be eaten not cool“

Wilma always has a great attitude, cheerful, polite and always has a smile for the customers. She always has an attention to detail. She always makes sure your doing ok and your order is correct. I watched her wait on 6 tables while I was eating and she was calling people at the table by their name. That makes people feel at home. That to me is a person who truly takes pride in the work she is an exceptional server. When I come in to eat I always love seeing her because I know I will have a great experience.

“The girlfriend and I were in the area looking for a place to live when we both got hungry. We came upon this place and decided to try it.....That was the best decision EVER. For fast food, this place blew our minds! I can't remember when the last time I had fresh burgers from a drive thru was. The employees we encountered were sweet and professional and made sure everything we had ordered was in perfect order. We will for sure be back!!!“

There was a young girl working the dining room , I did not catch. her name (she had long braids) who went above and beyond helping everyone to use the kiosk and get the best deals available, constantly checking on people whether it be napkins, ketchup or just small talk . She was extremely friendly and made everyone feel welcome, our food came out quickly. It was very good. We would definitely eat here again!“

“In my opinion, Culver's is like Chick-fil-A, but better due to their menu selection. Like Chick-fil-A, their service is awesome, workers are super friendly,and the establishment is very clean. If you go, make sure to get their world famous cheese curds! Don't forget to use my upgrade hacks...you can upgrade your fries to cheese curds, and the fountain drink to a milkshake, or famous concrete at a small upcharge!“

“I had the double cheeseburger with fries, grilled onions and special sauce. Amazing burger absolutely.. I went with two other coworkers. Their food came out and I think they forgot about mine took 10 more minutes for my food to come out and when it did, it was the driest double cheeseburger I’ve ever had the meat was actually crunchy like they forgot it on the grill.🥵🥴 there was some other customers that came in, and I believe they took presidents on their order instead of mine because they came in after me and they all got their food before me and left my burger to dehydrate. Like I said the first time I had it it was amazing. I could not wait to go back but now I’m disappointed.😔

“I never rate a McDonald's, a Burger King, or any other restaurant of this nature. But we went through the drive-thru in ordered four meals. Every single one was perfect. I hate going through drive-thru because you always get screwed over and this one went far and beyond. Not one single mistake and everything was made to perfection. Highly recommend this particular Burger King! The staff were very friendly and the food was above par! Whoever the manager is should definitely let their crew know they did a magnificent job!“

“I have loved Burger King since I was teen. The Jr Whopper Meal is very filling and always delicious. I gave this particular restaurant only three stars for atmosphere due to the noise going on with the employees amongst themselves and the language used while customers are present eating inside. This is the first fast food restaurant that I have noticed this happening. I will not be going back here to eat again although the service was good.“

“most of the time we have a really good experience but today our food was cold, I didn't receive any of my ranch for my chicken or marinara for the cheese sticks. The cheese wasn't even melted. It wasn't very busy at all, maybe its just an off day 😞 This was my first not so good experience at this location.“

“We came on a Friday night at 8:00PM, during an all you can eat promotion with only two servers staffed. These young adults handled it with such grace. They didn’t allow it to get too packed and thus the service and food was absolutely amazing. Kudos to these folks for their professionalism and commitment to customer service.“
