“Had to wait to be seated even though the restaurant was almost empty. Our waiter was friendly, the food was good. The atmosphere (drab, peeling flooring, no flooring in some spots and dishes(finish peeling off plate)needs rehab & new dishes. A large party came in & did not wait to be seated, but were asked to move because "there is no server for this area." Still SMH on that one.“

We had wings and burgers last night and you should try it specially naked wings because they are Smokey flavored, for breakfast we tried a few plates and one you shouldn’t missed is the Biscuits n’ Gravy made with smoked sausage that have a great taste.“

The wait time on the first trip was approx 1 1/2 hours , not at all what we were told, but the server was great! The send time, last Saturday lunch time, we still had a 25 min wait, not extremely busy and service was very slow.“

“Last night was my first time eating at Culvers. When I got home I realized that my order was incorrect. I called today to speak with a manager. I was put on hold and shuffled between non managerial staff. I'm not impressed. The limited food we did get was delicious. Word to the wise: check your order before leaving.“
“I always have a great experience when ever I eat at Sonic's. They really know how to hire the right people. One time i got the wrong sandwich and they were very apologetic, and made it right no questions asked. They thanked me for mý visit and even asked if i needed a top off of my drink. I really do love that place. I believe its the only fast food place were you get a meal with one of their biggest sandwiches fries or tots, and a drink a little over 10 bucks. Everywhere else is about 15 bucks. They are also open till midnight for us night workers whe all other places close at 11pm. So 5 stars and 2 thumbs up for Sonics and their amazing crew members. “Sunday Funday they say , and it certainly was a treat! I frequent Applebee’s with my family often for the great promotions and food they have. This trip Melissa really turned around the common consensus of poor customer service around. Melissa was so fast efficient and attentive. She made sure our food came out fast and hot. “The place is getting run down. Broken tile floor and could be cleaner. They have no front person to take your order. It is now a kiosk only. No table service at all! Very different from what I remember it to be like years ago. Cash kiosk doesn't work right and eats your money, but doesn't give you your change back.“
“No matter how slow, how busy,.whether I come in or go to drive thru, these people are all so nice and pleasant. I have had very great experience here I really hope the company values you all. I have come for breakfast, lunch dinner, Dinner and is a pleasant moment with a good comedian that makes people laugh. Great job guys I know working in any place now days is hard and people are rude and you guys rock it each time. You all deserve a raise, and someone to acknowledge all your hard work.“
“I must confess that I had low expectations before entering. However, when I walked in I immediately noticed how clean and organized this fast food restaurant was. That is rare in my experience. I ordered the Hot Ham & Swiss sandwich. I'm not going to say that it was the best I've ever had before, but I will say that it was served HOT. That in and of itself is saying a lot for a fast food restaurant. I don't usually dine in FF restaurants but I will consider going back to this Hardee's again.“

“So if you have a large party , then this is absolutely the place to go. Their staff are highly trained to handle large parties of 30 and more. Something not commonly found in other restaurants. They have developed a system to tag the orders to the right person to the kitchen and back to the table quickly. We had a about 60 plus swimmers from a nearby swimming event and everyone received their food quickly and correctly. The food I will have to say is simply average. But when you have an entire team to feed, this is where you probably want to go. The food was not bad, it was just average.“
