We were immediately taken to a nice booth. Drew was such a gentleman taken care of all our needs. We had the chicken fried steak and the sirloin tips, they were both delicious! Plus, a small pancake stack that was just as delicious. We always come back to IHOP. Thank Drew for making our special dinner night ever so delightful!

IHOP offers a mixed experience. While the food and variety are loved by many, service seems inconsistent. Some find the staff unwelcoming, with slow service and short-staffed kitchen. However, recent reviews highlight excellent service from friendly waitresses like Ash, Ally, and Amy, who are praised for their kindness, patience, and attentiveness, making the visit more enjoyable. The restaurant is a great place for families and kids, with ample parking and wheelchair accessibility. Choices on the menu can make decisions tough, but the Punkin pancakes are highly recommended, especially during the fall season. Some customers noted that the food can sometimes be served cold, but improvements like comfortable new booth seats have been appreciated.
