This is a great place to take the family out for a treat. They have lots of choices to choose from and at a decent price. The only downside is the shop itself is small so if there is a big crowd it is congested. Also they don't take any cards or mobile pay, only cash.

Great! We recently found Scoops and we are so glad we did. They give you large portions and it's sooooo yummy. The ice cream is so good. Glad to have found a local place and we will be back for more!
Wanted an indoor ice cream parlor, we choose this over twistee treat up the street, for many reasons and we will keep doing it. Best ice cream, indoor and outdoor area, inside is so nostalgic with trains going around the ceiling, pictures, more flavors and sizes, kids friendly, safe and away from cars (unlike TT). Service was 100000%, cost was amazing, only potential downside is that they accept only CASH. Our large family (6 kids under 10), LOVED it, and staff reciprocated. Would drive from ORL, all the time if we could for our Ice cream nights.

Just stumbled upon this spot on my way to my mothers house during my visit to Ocala. So impressed how the owners and their children worked together to give people a great experience. I bought the Black Cherry flavored ice cream and WoW! Great treat :) Definitely recommend this place and heard great things about it. Must try!
