“So my mom, my grandma, and I went during the breakfast rush and after we pulled away we realized we were missing a sandwich. My mom had to get to work so we couldnt turn around and I had to pop into my work so we wouldnt be able to turn around and tell them so we called and let them know. We told them our names and they were really understanding, sadly I dont remember the name of the manager we talked to on the phone. Went back and the management there was amazing! The staff is always super nice and the food is always good. The manager I talked to when I got there, Sara, was super nice and got me my sandwich. 10/10 experience. This location is my favorite in Inverness.“
“I was visiting my parents this week from CT. My daughter had a craving for Wendys so we popped in to this location. I placed a mobile order then ran in to get it. I was helped by Adele who could not have been kinder or sweeter. She made sure I could carry everything out and offered to help however she could. She truly cared that our food stayed hot. When we visit again we will be back. Thanks Adele, you're a peach!“
