Also ordered sautéed mushrooms but was given sautéed onion disappointing. Hope staff will look closely at the order before delivering. Nevertheless, I will continue to order from time to time.”

“Jersey Mike's, you sneaky wizards, you've done it. I'm talking about the #56 regular size Big Kahuna Cheese Steak sub, a behemoth of a sandwich that's left me speechless and panting for more. I'm talking gluttony, people, and I'm proud of it. I mean, this thing is the real deal, the Philly Cheesesteak of my dreams, the stuff of legends.

The meat is so juicy, packed with flavor, and so tender it's like a symphony in my mouth. The American cheese was so delicious and just the right amount to make me weak in the knees. And don't even get me started on the onions, mushrooms, and jalapeños - grilled to perfection, a harmonious balance of flavors that's got me singing. The bread is so soft, warm, and just the right amount of squish. I mean, I'm talking messy, people, but in a good way, like a beautiful, delicious crime scene.

The service is top-notch, friendly, and hardworking, like a well-oiled machine cranking out subs left and right. If you’ve made it this far people, get familiar with the Big Kahuna, trust me, it's worth it. I'll be back, and I'll be ordering this bad boy again, and again, and again. “1st visit. People in town have all said "Try it, it's great" well, we did. Had a small salad an large supreme pizza. All I can say is service was great, food came out fast, enjoyed the quieter room and view of the street while waiting on the pizza. The crust was perfect, lots of topping with onion and peppers you wanted to pick off and eat by themselves. Not small diced but whole thinly sliced pieces of topping.

While waiting I saw a plate of spaghetti and meatballs go by that looked terrific. Maybe next time.

“Fries are hands down the best thing here. I ordered the garlic Parmesan loaded fries and I thought I'd never say this.. but they are too saucy for me. Def preference thing! If you like saucy stuff then you will love these fries. They were on the salty side. I would def come back here as they customer service was amazing and the fries without sauce are always a hit”

“I come here frequently.I had a horrible experience yesterday with the server Alicia. My 4 year old sat at the table with out a drink for almost the entire meal she had to share her sisters! Also the kids meals were never put in when we first got there , the salads came out almost at the exact same time as the meal. The drink my boyfriend ordered was wrong even though we repeated ourselves 3 times . The hostest had to go to the bar and get the drink right!!! Also my boyfriend sat with his salad with no dressing mind you . He ate his entree before even being able to eat his salad. I tell the manager being I have 7 + years experience at Red lobster as a service professional (5th manager) what's going on. She trys her best to make it better but obviously had a talk with Alicia because when she came over to our table she gave us boxes and a attitude and told us to just have a good night bye.... I HAVENT EVEN PAID OR GOT MY CHECK YET!I SAID WOW CAN I PAY CAN I HAVE MY CHECK SHE GLARED AT ME SAID SOMETHING UNDER HER BREATH AND WALKED AWAY..... Gary over heard what was going on and he took the liberty to cash me out even though his section was on the other side of the restaurant!! HOW RUDE OF HER THOUGH. ALL I DID WAS COME IN TO EAT WITH MY FAMILY AND SHE TREATED US HORRIBLY AND GAVE HORRIBLE SERVICE. PROBABLY THE WORST SERVICE IVE EVER HAD HONESTLY.

I'm still giving a five star rating because of employees like Gary and Allison.ALSO this locations food is always excellent. They just have a bad seed (ALICIA)Can't blame everyone for Alicias mistakes however I can make sure that people know who will give them excellent service Everytime (Gary and Allison ). Maybe Gary and Allison should train Alicia retrain her or whatever and teach her how to be a server in the correct mannerism. And maybe they can teach her how to treat people and I guess just how to" be "in the service industry”

“I always want my fries well,well, well done, I say "to cook the potato out of them", This is the ONLY restaurant that knows what that means. The manager that is there in the evening always makes them perfect. There are 2 other Wendy's on my way home, but I always go to the west inverness location. “Ernie and I played the infamous Lunch Roulette game today, and fate landed us at Chili’s. I walked in with the bar set low (because, let’s be honest, expectations are everything), but let me tell you, my expectations were absolutely obliterated. The food? Solid. The service? NEXT LEVEL. Our server, Austin, turned what could have been an average lunch into a masterclass on how to make guests feel like royalty. Not only was he training a new hire with a precision that would make Gordon Ramsay blush, but he also kept the vibes light with some stellar dad jokes. Having been in the restaurant industry for 30 years, I don’t hand out compliments lightly, but Austin’s got the kind of skill and charisma that made me want to dust off my management hat and poach him for a team I don’t even have anymore. I even had to pull the manager aside to share how impressed I was—because when you witness greatness, you have to shout it from the rooftops. But hey, it’s Chili’s, and I do love that chicken enchilada soup. So, if you ever find yourself in Baytown, swing by Chili’s and ask for Austin. Just prepare to laugh, eat well, and maybe leave thinking, Was that the best server I’ve ever had at a Chili’s? Spoiler: Yes. Yes, it was.”
