Our goal as they may be very lofty is to provide a great experience each and every time you walk through the door or come through the Drive Thru. We don't take your support for granted! Service is horrible. Waiting over 20 min for 2 blizzards and brownie sundae. Walked to the counter to see where our order was employees acted like they had no clue or a care in the world. Not even sorry that we missed your order or anything. Even the manager asked if I was waiting on ice cream and when I told him I’ve been waiting over 20 mins he didn’t care either.
