Ordered a Choco Brownie Extreme Blizzard, got it home (10min away) and there were NO brownie pieces in it — it was just a regular chocolate blizzard. Was extremely upset because I had been looking forward to it. 2 stars because the guy working the drive-thru was EXTREMELY nice.
Again went here again for my daughter. Again, the shift manager was extremely rude. So sad. I won't eat here but unfortunately my daughter likes the food. Oh well.Amy the manager was extremely rude.

Bought an ice cream cake. The ice cream tasted terrible like it had been in the freezer for a long time.
Love going to this place, I try and come here everyday! The food is always nice and hot and fresh, plus the wait staff are always super kind to me. Would definitely recommend going here at all costs!

We came out to celebrate our daughter's birthday & Brandon was absolutely incredible. Food could of been a bit warmer but overall everything was great!

Asked for no chocolate ice cream as my girls dont like the chocolate ice cream! There was no whipped topping like there usually is the chocolate crumbles and fudge tasted old it was big hard chunky peieces that no one could bite into. Not the mention the cake wasn’t even set right. It sank as it was cut. Our family always gets ice cream cakes from DQ but this location don’t do it! They will give you an old cake out their freezer rather than make it fresh!

I am very disappointed in this store. This is the 2nd year in a row they have not given me my pre ordered birthday cake . They told me they didn’t have it. This cake is very important to our family as our son died and we are buying his favorite cake for what would be his birthday. The young people working there couldn’t get a hold of the owner and didn’t know what to do. Unfortunately I left without my cake and will never be back again.
