The staff was phenomenal! They were on everything: empty glasses, additional napkins, etc. It was all-around a great stop for our family! Our waiter, Allen, was so great, personable, and fun!
Looked forward to coming here because of the food, service in the past. Had a birthday dessert to use but because I used the free chips and salsa reward I was told I couldn’t use my birthday reward. Have before but not this time. Server was not attentive. No refills on drinks, got soup without spoons food came out cold. Very disappointed in this trip as it is my favorite. I don’t have a chilis close to home so it will be awhile before I go to another one.Thanks for the disappointment

Meeting with a friend yesterday and was just ready to eat, so we decided to stop here and give it a shot and I must say I was impressed because it wasn’t my first choice. Waiter and I can’t remember his name but excellent customer service and even gave me great recommendation on my order. Food was great ribs could have been a tad bit longer but other than that no complaints.
