Went back to Ruby Tuesday after 14 months and had a great experience. Our waitress Katy was very friendly and took great care of our party of five. Keep up the outstanding work Katy.
We had dinner for my Birthday Hunter was our waiter he made the evening extra special he was kind, efficient, and pleasant !
Hunter is a wonderful server, on top of drink refills and checking in on our needs.

Despite these issues, the staff provided excellent service, with waitresses like Christine being very friendly and great with kids, making sure guests felt welcome. The back house staff was praised for their friendliness and efficiency, especially during busy times. Customers enjoyed meals like the Triple Smash Burger and mentioned that the pickled fries were a good choice with spicy mayo on the side. Overall cleanliness and polite service were noted as positives, though concerns about the run-down appearance, including worn furnishings and dirty carpet, affected the ambiance. Management's response to the AC problems was seen as lacking, and the restaurant could use a much-needed remodel to improve its dated look.
