I'll be honest - I'm just trying to get visibility for an issue that occurred this past weekend. Normally, I'd rate this location a 4 or 5. What happened was...I placed an order on Saturday evening. I'm about 20 minutes from the location and I even left a little late. The app confirmed my order was ready, but when I arrived, it was not and the one employee there said he was sorry - it had just been extremely busy. Jeff was phenomenal, he made 4 footlongs for us that were delicious 😋 Also his professionalism and sense of humor made the Best Subway Experience!
