“I do many surveys and having said that. The food is delicious, hot and plenty. They give you more than enough choices to choose from and if you are missing something from anything that is here take a second helping of what you are offered. We are from Wisconsin and have traveled vastly from the East to the West, North to the South and out of the country. The service is spot on being very attentive with drinks, taking away used plates than bringing your bill to you. I don’t need to say anything is wrong we are not like that and there wasn’t. Bon Appetite .“
“I ordered from this restaurant without ever being there before my first impression was not good due to the fact that the windows were filthy especially the door and so I would not have gone in an ordered food there if I had seen that first however, after taking my food home to eat it was excellent! “First time trying this local place out, pretty impressed. There are only two good places in Inverness area supposedly, this being one of them. Didn’t disappoint. I would give them an 8/10. I have had better, but also have had very worse.Got some basic items to try this time. Will have to explore the menu out a bit more next time. Food tasted like good quality takeout, the employees were prompt and polite.Placed my order online, they called me when I arrived in the parking lot just as the time-estimate for pickup was—so they made the order in great timing, no false guess-timate or waiting around.Prices were very fair, food was pretty good, I think I just need to try a couple more items for me to really be sold on this place. The Szechuan beef was the best thing ordered, veggies mixed in were great texture-wise and the sauce was AMAZING. I will have to try the chicken version of it next time.Only suggestion for the restaurant would be for the chicken fried rice to have the veggies tossed or cooked with the rice/chicken longer so they absorb the flavor. The chicken and rice tasted like boiled chicken, topped with cooked peas/carrots. Still pretty good though.Consistency of the lo mein was very good. The flavor I couldn’t put my finger on. Maybe a slight peanut-taste? Not bothered, just couldn’t figure it out.The egg roll and the spring rolls I got were fine. Good textures and flavors as anticipated. Always good choices as apps. Will come back again, wonderful service. Excited to explore the menu. Thank you First Taste for the great experience!“
“We were in Inverness the whole month of March 2022. We went there because of recommendations from friends. We enjoyed every meal we got there. We especially liked the Sweet and Sour Shrimp off the Dinner menu. The portions were large and the food was so good especially the large battered shrimp. We ordered Dinner several times and Lunch as well. We liked the crab Rangoon, egg drop soup and egg rolls. We always got it to go and took it home to eat. So good, can’t wait to go back!“
“Sat. p.m. before Easter, the staff was super friendly, smiled, and spoke with me. Food was ready when I got there, and he went over everything that was in the bag. We were not at all disappointed with our food. It was so fresh & very delicious. My husband & I were so glad we picked Chans for our dinner nite. Can't wait to do this dinner nite sometime again soon. Thank you Chans!!!“
“I have to quit listening to all of the bad reviews and judge places by myself. Place was clean and the person at the desk was courteous. Food was ready on time and everything was in the bag. Egg drop soup was good as were the ribs, Moo Goo Gai Pan was enough for 2-3 people and the fried shrimp rice was good. Noodles were a little overcooked in my Chow Mei Fun, which is why I gave 4 stars.Parking: Plenty of spaces most days especially on Sunday.“
“Fresh! Clean! Delicious! 5 stars exactly what I was looking for. Treated my father for lunch. Wanted something different. Found this place on Google. We had the egg rolls and fried dumplings to start. Very fresh & hot. I ordered the pork bahn mì which was the perfect combo of sweet and hot with nice fresh slightly crunchy bread. & I also had the "small" (it was huge!) beef pho which is a beef broth soup with meat veggies and noodles in it. Served with a side plate of sliced jalapeños, bean sprouts, and basil leaves. It was refreshing and warming. Again may I add very fresh ingredients. I also added a soft boiled egg to mine. I topped it with some hot chili oil. My father had the shrimp fried rice. He enjoyed his.“
