“nice“

“This was our go to during hurricane Helene and Milton. They were open and happy to serve! We ate here every day (YES it is THAT good!). Never had an issues, still going now about once or twice a week because the food is still so good! We are grateful to them for showing up when most of us did not have electricity and were not able to cook. The staff is always happy and friendly and food is amazing always fresh, hot and has never disappointed us! Zero issues love this place!“

“Always good“

“My boyfriend and I have been coming here quite frequently because it’s good food and close to our house. Tonight, new years, we came to get food after I got off work late and didn’t realize they closed at 9:30. As we approached the door one of the people in the restaurant presumably the manager or owner came to the door and told us to come in and order. After much protest from us because we didn’t wanna be “those people” we ordered and each of the people working had an amazing attitude. If I could give more stars I would. Endless appreciation for them staying late to cook our food. Thank you so much guys you are awesome!!! I would tell anyone to come down and get good food here cooked by super friendly people!!!“

“I was very disappointed in visit on Wednesday for lunch.......not my first time dining here. I think waitress was overwhelmed with waiting on customers, answering phone, etc. I ordered lunch special of Shrimp with Veggies but asked to leave off sauce since it gives me indigestion. She said then you want this & pointed to menu! Turns out my order ended up being $16.94, instead of 9.99; blessedly i had credit card or I d would ve been washing dishes in back. Btw; food was delicious as always and ample, but still disappointed in her high handed way of manipulating my order. IF I return then I ll be more vocal........total bill tax & tip was over $20!“

“The portion size was just right and the food was delicious. Haven't had a general tso chicken with pork fried rice before. This location has many food options I haven't seen others offer. I definitely come back here in the future.“

“I’ve been living in Newport Rich area for over three years now and I’ve been going to a few places today. I decided to ask AI for a good restaurant good food and value and then referred me to here and I was not dissatisfied. The food was fantastic and the people that worked there are very kind would recommend this place to everyone five stars and more.“

“Possibly THE BEST fried rice I’ve had since moving from NYC. I have been ordering food for about 3 months now.
1. Orange Beef is excellent
2. Pork Egg Rolls are excellent
3. Shrimp and Chicken Lo Mein = excellent
4. Fried Dumplings AWESOME
I could go on but it’s all been delicious and fresh on each occasion.“

“I work 2 stores down at hair Cuttery. This is the best Chinese food I’ve had in the area. We all at the shop eat here often and the owners are very nice.“

“Nice hidden gem close by my home.
Great for take out of Asian food. Everything is cooked to order and ready in 10 to 15 minutes.
And the servings are very generous. Prices are more than reasonable and food is delicious. We need more of these tiny family owned businesses.“

“My boyfriend and I have been eating at China taste for over 21 years. When I tell people I love Chinese food, what I’m really saying is I love China taste! I tried so many other places and I just do not like them. When I read some of the other reviews, it just blows my mind because these people are so nice! They always recognize my boyfriend when he goes to pick up our food and they always wave and say hi to him. And out of the 21 years, they have only ever forgotten one item and the lady called me to let me know She forgot to put it in the bag before I even noticed! Everything is always hot and taste so amazing. I also see reviews of people talking about the boxes in the lobby, Let me tell you something, I wouldn’t care if they were cooking out of the damn cardboard box on the side of the road I would still be the first in line! We talk about moving out of the state and I don’t know what I’m gonna do because China taste is all I would miss. Maybe I’ll have to bribe them To teach me how to make some of the stuff 😂 thank you for always being so kind and making really delicious food!“

“Sophia gave the gave us an exceptional service. The food was incredibly delicious. My friends and I enjoyed it tremendously. I will recommend anyone to come visit China King because by far is the best Chinese food in the whole new Port Ritchie have a blessed day.“

“Very good fresh made to order. They even made me a special dish not on the menu. Chicken with snow peas and other veggies combo was 7.95. Hubby had pepper steak lunch special 8.25.. Always very good tasting and large portions. We each had 2 meals from these!. They also deliver to us and we are about 3 or 4 miles away“

“My experience is usually positive coming here. The lovely lady in the front always been kind. The food I order always filled to the brim an delicious. The place well isn't the best looking. But most the time it's not always about the looks. They have remodeled it somewhat recently making it a bit nicer inside.“
