“I love this place! Every time I walk in I’m greeted promptly and in a friendly manner. If you live in the neighborhood I highly recommend checking them out.

So far all of the dishes that I have ordered have been fresh and not greasy or oily. The flavor is good and the service is quick. They have all of your staple items and despite being busy quite often, always do their best to get your food done on time.“

“It’s more of a carry out restaurant, but does have a small dining area. Very good customer service, orders are prepared quickly and they have great lunch specials. I’m a weekly customer and everything I’ve had so far has been delicious. I recommend General Tso’s Chicken, Bourbon Chicken, Pepper Steak w/onion, Boneless Spare Ribs, Beef & Chicken on a Stick, Wonton Soup, Spring Rolls, and Sweet Doughnuts.“

“I’ve been getting takeout from here, off and on, for years. Usually, it’s just okay. Quality seemed inconsistent. However, today was different. Everything was so much better. I usually do not get my favorite, shrimp and lobster, because the shrimp tastes old or over cooked. Tonight was different. It was so good. Cooked perfectly and had a wonderful garlic taste. Not sure what they’ve done but I hope they keep doing it.“

“My husband and I took a road trip to FL. We were staying in Tampa and i wanted to try some Chinese food. Boy am I glad I stopped here. Hands down the best BBQ boneless ribs combo. The pork fried rice was flavorful, and the pork was chopped in thin pieces just how I love eating it and service was quick. I could eat that combo every day. It did not disappointment me.“

I had an excellent experience at China Wok located at 2556 E Bearss Ave in Tampa. I ordered a lunch special and was genuinely impressed—more than plenty of food plus a soda for under $10 is hard to beat these days.

The restaurant itself is very clean, and the live plants throughout the space were such a lovely touch 🪴—they really add to the welcoming atmosphere. My food came out quickly, which I always appreciate, especially during lunchtime.

The fried rice was on point, and the egg roll add-on absolutely hit the spot. And I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention the candy dish for customers—such a small but thoughtful detail that really stood out.

You truly can’t beat the quantity or the quality of the Chinese food being served here. Great value, great food, and a pleasant environment. I’ll definitely be back!
