“These guys were FANTASTIC. We ate here several times while we were in long-term health rehab. They saw our admission stickers and made sure to add us plates, utensils extra things that we would need. They were kind offered encouragement and the food was fantastic“

“Ordered to-go from Liang’s Bistro pretty much by accident. I was in the area and wanted Asian to go but not Chinese or Ramen or Sushi. Limits the options, yes. Went here hoping it was more than a typical Chinese takeout shop. It turned out to be a bistro, as it is called, with a pretty and warm interior, table-side service and an impressive wine storage along one wall. The restaurant features an open kitchen with a large but not overwhelming menu. I chose yellow curry chicken, Thai basil with tofu and a pad Thai dish as well as shrimp lettuce wraps. Everything was delicious even though it was an hour before I made it home for us to eat dinner. What I like best is they do a little of everything - Vietnamese, Thai, Chinese and even noodles and poke without offering so many of each kind that you know it’s going to be awful. The manager took great care of me, mentioning that this is their second location after a long stint in Tampa and that the business is owned by a Chinese individual who is adamant about serving Asian food, rather than just his country’s dishes. I liked it and look forward to taking my family and friends. Feels comfortable and is affordable. I spent $62 to feed four people and we have leftovers in the fridge.“

“Place I go to when I need Chinese food being that I’ve tried a lot of others and this place is just great at what they do and it’s clean. I’m always going there and they’re cleaning and it’s great. “The food is always hot, not too salty. Tastes good however, this is not the first time we found a hair in our food. I can’t understand why the workers don’t cover all their hair with a hair net or hat. It should be mandated by the health dept!“

“I lived in the Carrollwood/Citrus Park area for about 11 years and China Wok was always our go-to Chinese place. This isn't a restaurant where you would likely want to sit and eat although you can. They are best suited for take-out and delivery and they were always quite reliable and consistently good. Portions are good-sized and ingredients always fresh. China Wok was always sensitive to and delivered on special requirements- leaving out certain ingredients or adjusting recipes to meet taste or dietary needs.

If you live in the area, I highly recommend China Wok for take out and delivery as I found it was the best Chinese restaurant in the area.“

“This is my go to spot in Tampa, they’re always so quick and on point. The food is bomb, I always get the General Tso dinner combination (photos attached) and love the eggrolls have actual veggies in it and not that weird mushy stuff most Chinese restaurants do. 10/10 would recommend“

Store becomes overwhelmed rather quickly during high volume periods. This results in extended wait times & occasional mistakes in order. The store has always made corrections honorably. Quality has always been consistent.“

“My husband and I took a road trip to FL. We were staying in Tampa and i wanted to try some Chinese food. Boy am I glad I stopped here. Hands down the best BBQ boneless ribs combo. The pork fried rice was flavorful, and the pork was chopped in thin pieces just how I love eating it and service was quick. I could eat that combo every day. It did not disappointment me.“

“I luv the family that runs this place. They are so wonderful and you can realy tell they are so greatfull you came to there restaurant. Shout out to the mom. She makes me feel luvd when i come inn after work. Its hard to explain. The food is 3.5-4.5/5 depending on what you get. Some dishes are better than others. I feel in some of the dishes can be way to greesy but others are perfect. Big shootout to the shrimp and lobster sauce. On my mama its FIIIIIRE!“

“​I’ve finally found my go-to Chinese spot in Wesley Chapel! The food at Gonna China is always piping hot, fresh, and served in huge portions. The popcorn chicken was perfectly seasoned and the service was super fast. Highly recommend if you want great food that doesn't break the bank.“

I had an excellent experience at China Wok located at 2556 E Bearss Ave in Tampa. I ordered a lunch special and was genuinely impressed—more than plenty of food plus a soda for under $10 is hard to beat these days.

The restaurant itself is very clean, and the live plants throughout the space were such a lovely touch 🪴—they really add to the welcoming atmosphere. My food came out quickly, which I always appreciate, especially during lunchtime.

The fried rice was on point, and the egg roll add-on absolutely hit the spot. And I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention the candy dish for customers—such a small but thoughtful detail that really stood out.

You truly can’t beat the quantity or the quality of the Chinese food being served here. Great value, great food, and a pleasant environment. I’ll definitely be back!

“So we’ve lived in pebble creek for about a year. This is literally across the street and we love Chinese food but started working our way from furthest within reason to finally this today. We were spoiled by Ming garden in the heights and I can say we FINALLY found a place that lives up to our standard. This WILL be our new Chinese take out spot. Only critique and it’s minor is maybe a bit more pork in the rice but if that’s the only complaint the place is 🔥🔥🔥“

“I really enjoyed the happy family meal, it was nice that you could use real plates and silverware. It wasn't classy seating, but I can get there on my kick scooter and have a place to sit and eat. The people were really nice. It didn't take long to get the food.“
