I don't understand the negative reviews. The food is delicious. Some of the best beef teriyaki I've had, and the fried rice and lo main were great. I did an order pick up, and they seemed nice for our brief interaction.
The best Rangoons around!
Ordered doordash from here and all of the food was delicious! Especially the lo mein! Will definitely order from here again!!

The wontons in the soup are huge and filled, and there are 8 krab Rangoon in an order which are delicious and filled up as well. Food has great flavor and you get a good quantity. Wok on By is the best fast Chinese place in all of Tampa. General Tso tofu is the best, with the flavor down to a T and the tofu is sooo perfectly cooked and an amazing texture. The vegetable lo mein is really delicious. Service is always fast.
