Ordered egg foo young with gravy, moo Goo Gai pan, Gen Tsos chicken, bourbon chicken, wonton soup, egg rolls, and crab rangoon. Everything was hot and delicious. The egg foo young was excellent. I'll definitely order again.
I've tried every Chinese place within driving distance of Port Richey and they are all terrible. I'm not sure how I missed this place but it will be our go to from now on.

Top China is a popular Chinese restaurant known for its delicious food and friendly service. Customers praise the restaurant's perfectly cooked rice and tasty dishes. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible and conveniently located in a shopping center with ample parking. Even though the place is hidden, it is a gem! Food is fresh and delicious. The young lady in front is very sweet and soft spoken. So don’t judge a book by its cover. The atmosphere is very laid back. The seating area was closed down, so it’s not a place to bring a family to sit down. The food is great, but the place didn't look that great. You could tell they been moving things around. Ordered delivery yesterday, and the food was incredible.
