“My wife and I went there on a whim this past sunday on our way to visit her brother..what a pleasant surprise this eatery was!! It was like being back up north on long island, nassau county to be more exact. Funny thing, i mentioned to my wife how we've looked for places like THIS since moving down here in 2009; diner-ish but more luncheonette atmosphere.... hard to come by. Alas, this place was! And the kicker, the owner who we met and struck up a conversation with, telling him how we missed places like this, only to find out, and i had bet on it too, that he WAS from our neck of the woods... Island park!!!!! Knew it! Well, the service was great, the food was even GREATER! The BEST home fries around and conrned beef hash ta boot! We intend on going back tho Papa J's to try out more food! Glad we decided to give it a go.... looking forward to going back! He'll know who left this review... we sat in the corner by the kitchen, my wife musing with the waitress if the hash was worth it.... boy was it!“

“Ordered curbside service was excellent. Food was tasty but disappointed in the “blooming onion sirloin steak” this was shown topped with crispy blooming onion, came with only cheese. Also ordered sautéed mushrooms but was given sautéed onion disappointing. Hope staff will look closely at the order before delivering. Nevertheless, I will continue to order from time to time.“

“We enjoyed this spot. It was busy on Friday and food took a while but it was good. The folks that took care of us, I am awful with names, were attentive and friendly. We sat out back and it was chill and pleasant. Will definitely stop there again.“
“Absolutely fantastic reopening. The original was dated and I wasn't a real fan of the menu, they have really stepped up and out done themselves. Their biscuits are made from scratch. The quality of the food is amazing and delicious. Please consider visiting this local gem .“

“Only went ones but the food was great and very nice service. Would differently go back to try another pasta dish if back in that area. After a nice dinner you can check out the small local shops and scream store. Cute little town with a historic back round.“

“My husband and I shared a delicious meal this past Sunday. The food was amazing. I had the Stuffed Chicken Parmesean and my husband had Veal Pamesean. The prices are very reasonable. A Touch of Italy is a hidden gem. It was not busy (inside dining). But carry-outs were coming and going. The owner stopped at our table to see if we enjoyed our meals. We certainly did. We will definitely be back again soon.“

“It is legitimately the best place for breakfast in Inverness. The food at Hen House Cafe is so fresh, very tasty and well prepared. They make the Bacon cheese fries for breakfast and probably the best I have ever had. I highly recommend this place.“
