“What a wonderful hidden gem in Belleview. You would be surprised that a place as nice as this could come from this town but be pleasantly surprised. The breakfast menu is limited and at first I thought that would be an issue but no- what they do have is amazing! Not always do they have tiramisu but if they do while you are there- be sure to get it! The inside dining atmosphere is quite an eyefull. You will feel like your eating inside of a thrift shop. So much chaos but in a fun way. Be sure to stop by this spot in Belleview - you will not regret it!

Parking: Parking is available. There is no valet service offered here if a man named "Greg" offers to park your car for you- Do not trust him!“

“We came to Eaton’s to celebrate my brothers 65th birthday. We had no trouble parking, were greeted warmly. We were seated within 10 minutes. Our Server Savannah did everything right. Friendly service, she made excellent suggestions for dinner and checked on us steadily, but not too much. She was warm and personal. Made my brother the birthday Man, feel special. Oddly, it was Savannah’s birthday too!“

“Visited many times, the food is delicious and the restaurant decor is beautiful and my husband and I enjoy eating there. The restaurant is very clean and we enjoyed the Bollywood music. “My wife and I just went there for Valentines Day 2023, this being our second time. Ordered two Chardonnays, very good wine, I need the name :). I had Mussels in Fra Diavalo sauce that was excellent. Kim had Alfredo with chicken which she said was very good. We both had salads as sides, mine with one of the best Blue Cheese dressings I have ever had in a restaurant! “Went for lunch here yesterday. The portions were big. I got the Peppa Pig and it was ahhhhmazing! The fried banana peppers on it were the best part of an already outstanding sandwich. The fries were fresh, and there were plenty. We got fried pickles as an appetizer and they were piping hot and the oil they were fried in tasted clean, not old or burnt. The fried okra is also spot on. I definitely recommend eating here. It was clean, and the service was good.“

“My mom introduced me to this cafeteria while I was visiting her from NYC. I had the Oxtail dish with rice and beans and maduros… and it was AMAZING!! It was so good, I had to go back at least one more time to have the oxtail before leaving Florida. Next time I come back to visit, I would love to try the other dishes (they all look so delicious). I love oxtail, tho… and I have to admit that this is one of the best oxtail dishes that I’ve had. As far as the atmosphere of the cafeteria, I found it to be clean and bright while surrounded by quaint and cute decor that made me feel comfortable and relaxed while having my meal. I had such a great experience that I look forward to visiting Villa Pinar again the next time I visit my mom!“

“We had our son's graduation party there last night. We reserved the front room from 6-7:45 and unfortunately we ran 30 minutes behind. We called them to let them know we were running late and they said just come anyway and we will make it happen. They did just that, they made it happen! Our server Matthew was great! There were 24 of us and he was on top of everything. All of our food rolled out at the same time so we were all eating together. The food was excellent as always! We pushed it right to 7:45 and then we were able to move into the dining room area in a corner so we could finish celebrating with the cake that we brought. I can't say enough about Matthew and the rest of the staff, they all were fantastic!“

Wilma always has a great attitude, cheerful, polite and always has a smile for the customers. She always has an attention to detail. She always makes sure your doing ok and your order is correct. I watched her wait on 6 tables while I was eating and she was calling people at the table by their name. That makes people feel at home. That to me is a person who truly takes pride in the work she is an exceptional server. When I come in to eat I always love seeing her because I know I will have a great experience.
