“Quiet atmosphere. Service was prompt & cordial. Owner was friendly & welcoming. I was born & raised in Puerto Rico; therefore, extremely picky with what people label "Puertorican" food. This place is legitimately good. Food was seasoned just right! It's been in business for 30 years. From the outside, it gives a hole-in-the wall vibe; however, the inside is quiet & clean. Clean restrooms too! La comida sí tiene sazón! Carne frita was perfect. Ropa vieja was full of flavor! Buen trabajo mi gente!“
“Great food. Rarely can actually go there because we come all the way from Gainesville and usually are in Ocala on the weekends. Finally made it over on a Tuesday and they were on vacation. Sigh, don't begrudge them a vacation, but maybe open on Saturdays? Just for lunch maybe?“
“The food and sandwich was delicious! The sandwich did take longer as they make it by order compared to the rice plates, but not a long wait, just mentioning it so keep in mind if you have a party that will eat rice and sandwiches. The price is comparable if anything we paid less and got more food than at other similar places we’ve been too. The sandwich personally was more than enough, I had to take the other half home! Service was friendly and location was clean as well. Would definitely recommend. Didn’t get to taste everything they offered so we will need to go back:)Located in a plaza so there is plenty of parking space. They have tables inside if you want to dine in as well.“
“We went at lunch time and we we're seated right away. The prices are good and there are always lunchtime specials. It's quite an extensive menu. The portions were quite large and there was no room for dessert, unfortunately, because they all looked really good.“
“We had our son's graduation party there last night. We reserved the front room from 6-7:45 and unfortunately we ran 30 minutes behind. We called them to let them know we were running late and they said just come anyway and we will make it happen. They did just that, they made it happen! Our server Matthew was great! There were 24 of us and he was on top of everything. All of our food rolled out at the same time so we were all eating together. The food was excellent as always! We pushed it right to 7:45 and then we were able to move into the dining room area in a corner so we could finish celebrating with the cake that we brought. I can't say enough about Matthew and the rest of the staff, they all were fantastic!“
“I moved 4 months ago and I always get the chicken sandwich. It's the best. My husband gets the omelette sandwich. I love the pastries and was told that they were made there and I unfortunately saw the same pastries at Sam's club. Which is fine I got more for less. They are delicious. The food here is fantastic.“
“Paradise bakery move from its old location off 17th It's now located on 441 where the Taco Bell is in Bellevue. The food at this place is excellent but you got to come early they run out quickly! Lots of people come here for lunch. They have pastries, lunch plates sandwiches, Cuban coffee.Parking: This place is located in a plaza so there's ample parking“
