The employee who took my order was polite, friendly, helpful. I ordered a Biggie Bag---lotz of food. The crispy chicken sandwich was good. Some soda machines are not set correctly with the ratio of water to syrup for the correct mixture but Wendy's had it set up correctly. Fizzy beverages with correct amount of sweetness. Building is setting on a VERY busy intersection for getting in & out of parking lot.Vegetarian options: Ask for the "substitutes"
The food was delicious, more so than the regular Wendy's in our neck of the woods. It was fresh and hot, and it even looked appealing, unlike many restaurants in fast food. The staff were friendly and pleasant!

The food is divine, for a fast food restaurant this Wendy's, is my preferred choice in Ocala. I enjoy they're menue at Wendy's it's a various of varieties to choose from and the staff is always pleasant waiting to take your order gracing you with a warm smile!
