“Good fast food, and great service. Was at the drive thru this am and gave $30 for a $6 purchase bc a 10 and 20 stuck together. The gentleman working promptly showed me my error and returned the 20. Refreshing to see such honesty. I go to this location frequently.“

She treats her team with genuine kindness and respect, and you can feel the positive energy the moment you walk through the door. She’s always friendly, always engaged, and consistently goes above and beyond for customers. I’ve personally watched her run out and flag down a city bus just to make sure a customer could make it home, who does that anymore?

As someone who owns a business and consults for many others, I can tell you that managers like her are extremely rare. She clearly takes pride in what she does, and it shows not only in the service but in the way her employees respond to her. She has built a true customer-service-driven culture here.

“There was a lady there that was very nasty. She was yelling she wanted something g they just didn't have. They cashier stayed quiet and just said I'm sorry, we dont have that at this time. The cashier took orders and the woman just stayed there. The woman threatened her and finally walked out. We just told her to breathe, it was all over. The workers were not rude or anything the talked to her and kept working. They r the best“
