Wendy's in Gainesville

“I had to give them 5 stars! The young lady working the drive thru had a contagious smile and great customer service. The food was made to model. My burger looked delicious and tasted even better. They even put napkins in the bag and asked if I wanted ketchup!“

“Stopped at this Wendy’s at a busy truck stop and was pleasantly surprised. Even though the place was packed, the staff kept things moving and stayed friendly. The service was quick, my order was accurate, and the food was hot and ready. Really appreciated the positive attitude and efficiency during a rush — great job to the team!“

“Accidentally Placed my order at the wrong location, young lady behind the register and her two managers immediately helped me with moving my order to the archer location and had my order ready immediately! Such great service and people at the archer location !!“

“I was very pleased with this Wendy's location in Gainesville Florida. The staff was very friendly and worked quickly to get my order together.

Note*** Not every Wendy's location would receive the same rating from me. If this had been on the Waldo Florida location, I would have given them a very bad review. The food there is actually okay, but the staff leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to customer service and good will. Since Waldo is a very small town they lack competition from other fast food restaurants so I guess they figure they can treat people however they want without fear of consequence.“

“Wonderful Kind Staff..
They made time for my autistic son Niko...he loved the Minion theme. They had a toy ready evetytime we went to Wendys.A0lso gave him the hanging display at the end of the theme. Grateful 🙏 for them. It truly made Niko so happy.“
