I ordered a 4 for 4 and another nugget combo meal for my wife and I, and the food tasted great. Every time I visit this location they do an amazing job.“
“On our way out of town, we decided to grab a quick meal from Wendy's. We ordered two double stack Biggie bags (which are now $6) and a kid's meal cheeseburger. Everything was fresh and correctly prepared. One double stack was a special request, and so was the kid's meal. I also tried the Peppermint Frosty, and it was good. The mint flavor was really light. Overall, it was a pleasant experience! I would visit this location again.“
“Used drive thru during lunch hours.Workers were very busy, however they kept letting me know they would be with me. “This is a mixed review that ends on a good note. 1st the apple pecan salads are delicious that being said on to customer service. When I arrived to order takeout there was a gentleman at the counter who seemed like he was ready for our order and there was a young woman with a reddish colored weave with her back to the scenario counting money. So, I proceeded to order. The woman with the weave said in a snippy tone about it will be a few minutes (in regard to my ordering) At this point Sheryl stepped up to the counter and professionally handled the situation and took our order and did it in such a kind and polite way that I told Her that She should be the manager. In that situation the woman with the weave should probably be sent to school to learn a little more about customer etiquette and if there is a way for Wendy's to reward Sheryl for exemplary customer service then they most definitely should because Sheryl took a customer experience that was headed in the wrong direction and saved the day! “We gave up on Wendy's after having bad experiences multiple times at multiple locations in Jacksonville. The other night we decided to give them a try. We were not disappointed. This location is by far the best Wendy's in the area. The food was fresh and hot. The crew was efficient and got the CORRECT order out quickly. We actually ordered again and it was even better.“
“I ordered thru the drive-thru around lunch time. They were not busy so it didn't take long to order; & the person was nice at the window. Food was good, but getting up there in price (like a lot fast food meal combos now). I was really craving a bacon burger, so I ordered a bacon burger meal. It was right around $11, a little over U think.The fries could have been better, seemed like it might have been sitting a while since they were slow. The only real negative is watch out getting out of there, the payment is messed up. I worried I was gonna pop a tired after I felt the huge dip I had to drive over to get out of there. I hope they fix it up.“

“I live in Georgia and when I come to this area of town I always stop at this Wendy’s to eat. The restaurant is always clean, friendly staff, great service and food, but the sweet tea is always on point. The hamburgers are hearty not skimpy like most fast food restaurants.“

“We went through the drive through to get the new Orange Cream Frosty. We ordered the large. We were sorely disappointed in the size of the large cup for the frosty. It was about the same size as a medium drink. The frosty was absolutely delicious but went way too soon because it was just too small to be a large frosty. Step it up Wendy's!“

Must have had a district manager visit(was sitting in the back) because it seemed weird that 2 managers and each front employee asked if I was helped and or needed anything extra.
