Wendy's in Jacksonville

“This review is for the exceptional young man working 10/10/26 (blue shirt) working the registers, maybe early twenties? I wish I got his name. I hope his manager reads this. Your employee did a fantastic job at managing a rush of orders while not being overwhelmed visually and not barking or bossy at other employees. Extremely smooth, kind, polite, soft spoken, and knowledgeable about the menu and combinations that are economical. I was really impressed by both his manners, calm, and fast paced work ethic. I hope he gets a raise and is treated well.“

“I ordered the $8 biggie bundle in which you get 2 sandwhiches, 1 drink & 1. Jr fries. However i also placed a separate order for small fries as well since i like fries & would like to eat more of them than what comes in the jr fries. The lady working the register when my food was finished her name was Veronica & she was amazing. I rarely leave reviews, honestly I couldn’t care less. But when i do, like i am right now, it is for a specific reason. My food was done and i got my bag, before walking out Mrs. Veronica said wait, and double checked my bag, noticed my JR fries were missing and had it automatically added into my bag. That’s a small detail right? But, you learn to appreciate the small things in life. Ive been to other fast food restaurants who would forget to add something to my bag and i would only notice once i got home. The fact that Veronica made sure to check again before i left is top tier service in my eyes & people like Veronica who care about the customers are the one the customers would like to see again so what do they do? They always go and order from that place because they know they will be taken care. I rarely eat wendys, but i will absolutely come back more often knowing while i am in a rush that a staff member pays very close to every detail. I walked out Wendys honestly with the biggest smile on my face. Thank you Veronica. Small details but they go a very long way. 10/10.“

“The Biggie bags or 4.00 (7.00) & (9.00) meal deals are the most cost efficient for the food; yes, they increased the cost but like all businesses, costs are increasing for all consumers - just pay attention to the why and so you are aware of the 'for what' but so aside from that the food, service, and cost is worth it considering the cost of a value meal somewhere other.“

“First thing I noticed was how unbelievably kind Ms. Deanna was- I have never felt more welcome in a fast-food restaurant in my life. She took care of us like family. If there was any other way to show my gratitude for her, I would in a heartbeat. Second, how clean the bathrooms and the dining room was- this should be the standard for ALL restaurants. 10/10 coming back.“

“We recently enjoyed some Pretzel Bacon Pub Cheeseburgers for lunch at this location and they were excellent! Definitely one of the best hamburgers ever served at Wendy's. They were served fast and fresh by friendly people in a clean environment. Thank you“

“I can't lie, I was afraid that my order would be cold and I was immediately aggravated that there was a HOLE in the middle of the area leading up to the microphone where orders are placed!

To my surprise, my food was fresh to include the hot and delicious fries and the young lady that took the order and gave me my meals, was polite, and she DID NOT FORGET to place my plastic ware in my bag! Thanks ☺️“

“Well I'm a Uber driver & was there to pick up a order this morning.I said GM to the 2 young ladies upfront and both looked up & did NOT speak.One finally said can I help you(but with much attitude) Neither had name tags on.But one had reindeer headband on & other was a really big with braids, very rude..Dec 22nd,2025“

“On my way to the doctor's office on the south side where I normally don't go. I forgot all about this Wendy's. It was super clean. Staff was very friendly. I have never placed an order, at any fast food restaurant and received it as quick as I did today. And my hamburger wasn't slouchy and thrown together and the rapper twisted sideways. It looked like a professional done it. I'm just sorry that I didn't take a photo, cuz I was in a hurry trying not to be late for doctor's appointment.“

“Just left the drive thru, the lady in drive thru promised me my food will be fresh. SHE LIED!! . FRIES 🍟 COLD . The drink was warmer. She stated i just ate a burger it fresh. LIED.. after waiting extra minutes. Left with my food half way back to work. Taste a fries cold. I knew then I'm going be angry 😠 😡. Bun was hard and meat dried out. Whole meal disrespectful nasty.

“We just stopped today at this Wendy's leaving Nemours children's. We had to drive over an our for the doctor appt and stopped for lunch before we left for home.
These ladies fixed my order when I myself screwed it up and were so kind. The place is so clean and put together. The staff is fantastic. I will try reaching out to corporate as well as this Wendy's has been the best I been to in a long time.“

“The experience was better than other times. The night management has a grip on the night operations. In the past the young people are always playing around and it takes forever to get your food. So I use to avoid it but this time was different. I received my food fast and my order was correct this time! That was a 1st in a long time.They might gain my business again“

“I went to Wendy’s yesterday and had the best experience with Jaquan and Carla. Jaquan play around but I was ok with it ,they both offered me the key chain for the frosty and I purchased one. I had just got off from work and was ready to get home and I stopped by Wendy’s and they both lifted my day up. I’m glad I didn’t go to the one at Rivercity bc that was my first thought. “I used the late night Wendy's drive thru. The drive thru line moved good for it to be after 11pm. I ordered the number 1 combo meal. It was a good late night meal for after the Jaguars night game. Thank you for being opened while must restaurants were closed.“
