“I’ve never seen a more efficient person than Dylan. I went through the drive thru didn’t have to repeat myself at all, no crazy yelling, just a professional asking calm and collected during a lunch rush what kind of drink. I was then thoroughly impressed by how he didn’t waste a second while filling drink orders, taking drive thru orders, and completing the payment transactions. I don’t normally leave any reviews but I had to ask the employee their name for this one. Great job and thanks!“

“Was easily provided the best service here that exceeded the poorly rated Hamilton location.

Romondo did everything possible to ensure I got my order in a small waiting time of 3 mins he was also very attentive and calm by knowing exactly how to handle offer app orders.

I'm ecstatic I didn't have to explain myself over and over like at the other location.“

“Super Fantastic Lunch spot! About 11:45-12.
Had great service from the time I pulled up to the drive thru till I pull under a shade tree and ate my meal in piece.I was thinking to myself every thing that just happened was perfect.The food was perfect.Could not have asked for better service.I finished my food.And walked back inside to tell the manager how much I appreciated the great service.Told her I live in OP but I'm probably gonna have to start driving over here to get Wendy's.Super impressed with this Wendy's.Thank you again for the fantastic service.🇺🇸“

“So I decided to go to Wendy's for the first time in probably like 3 years. I was not disappointed! My cheeseburger was absolutely perfect. And I also got a chocolate frosty which I haven't had in years and it was amazing! The employees at the window and the order taker were so friendly and helpful, makes me want to just go back again and again and again!“

“They provide convenient service. I especially like their great quality, salty fries. Their small burger is good. I appreciate and like their Doublestack which has good flavor with cheese, ketchup, mustard, pickle, and onion. Their medium fry is a great side. I appreciate plenty of ketchup for the fries and to dip the burger.

“Definitely a bit of waiting time at 10:30pm, but patience paid off very well , best tasting Wendy's meals, only 2 employees where on site, very professional even thoe i heard some customers been rude. Who ever was on the 4th of july, THANK U!“

“I'm ONLY rating this Wendy's with 4 stars because of this one particular young lady that was the most kind hearted fast food employee I've ever been face to face with. Otherwise, I would rate it zero starts if it was an option and if she wasn't there.
So, hear me out guys.. this is what happened.“

“It's a pleasure to go into a familiar establishment and find that away from home the people have great attitudes, even when mistakes are made. The food was good and hot. The service was quick. Even the other patrons that came in enjoyed the young lady taking orders.“

“I can't lie, I was afraid that my order would be cold and I was immediately aggravated that there was a HOLE in the middle of the area leading up to the microphone where orders are placed!

To my surprise, my food was fresh to include the hot and delicious fries and the young lady that took the order and gave me my meals, was polite, and she DID NOT FORGET to place my plastic ware in my bag! Thanks ☺️“

“Interesting location in five corners. Getting in is ok but parking if busy might be a challenge. Went inside for lunch and found a relatively clean place however several chairs were up on tables giving the place a closed look. Order entry was smooth but no military or senior discount. Cobb salad good but the $7 Biggie Bag Double burger with bacon was sadly dry. Chicken nuggets and fries were hot and good. With those exceptions it's a nice place to stop.“

“I am honestly surprised at the reviews on here. I visited this location last week with my son and we had a very good experience. The food tasted great. I had the baconator, fries, and frosty. My son had the kid's tenders meal and for a picky eater, managed to eat it ALL.

Now, I also have to mention the kindness from Caleb (I think may be the manager?) He was awesome when talking to my son and even went the extra mile with the kids meal toys. Thank you so much again for your kindness! We'll definitely be back!“

“This wendys has been really spotty for the first part of this year. But here recently they seem to have really changed up, my food is always hot, ive gotten the same lady taking my order and she is always awesome. I didn’t ask their names but, a middle aged man and woman. Both with alot of tattoos?? have made my recent visits exceptional.“

“We been making this a family moment weekly lately because of some deals that they have on the app. Great app by the way! Above all other take out apps. Back to this restaurant. This place is on point as making our orders correct. And in a timely manner. Friendly service. And there was an employee who went above and beyond and make my kids smile. It means a lot to a parent. I didn't catch a name, but he was great. Kudos to all the staff here, as I see a huge positive difference above the other local places.“

“I went to Wendy’s yesterday and had the best experience with Jaquan and Carla. Jaquan play around but I was ok with it ,they both offered me the key chain for the frosty and I purchased one. I had just got off from work and was ready to get home and I stopped by Wendy’s and they both lifted my day up. I’m glad I didn’t go to the one at Rivercity bc that was my first thought. “I arrived in the drive thru and I was deciding what I wanted. Then I made my order of a #2 just the sandwich. Came around to the window and another lady came out of the lobby area saying she was waiting for her food for 10min and the manager said don't let these people start with me today. So they exchanged words, she then gave me my sandwich and I checked it. It was not fresh and I asked for a refund. The manager came to the counter and gave me cash and stated these people are getting on my nerves. I took my money and politely left. That service was terrible.“

“The place was clean, with clean bathrooms that were stocked well. Most of the food was hot and fresh, but some of the chicken nuggets were room temp. The staff was very kind and professional.

“On our way out of town, we decided to grab a quick meal from Wendy's. We ordered two double stack Biggie bags (which are now $6) and a kid's meal cheeseburger. Everything was fresh and correctly prepared. One double stack was a special request, and so was the kid's meal. I also tried the Peppermint Frosty, and it was good. The mint flavor was really light. Overall, it was a pleasant experience! I would visit this location again.“

“Stopped by to grab some snacks tonight. Our Wendy's app has been acting up and not allowing us to completely place our orders through the app, so we went inside to see if someone could help us. We ended up just just ordering inside and we'll just reach out to the application's IT services later. The people inside was very helpful and understanding. We got hot fresh food with excellent service. I haven't been too impressed in a while with fast food restaurants lately so this was a refreshing experience. I appreciate that very much.
