I’d give this place a zero if I could. Today, which is a Saturday, we stopped by around 12:45 pm to get some lunch. We were going to go thru drive-thru but since there were 6 cars in drive-thru, we decided to go in to the lobby. We started to go in and the employees said that the lobby is not open, only drive-thru. No reason just that the lobby is not open. How can your lobby be closed at lunchtime on a Saturday afternoon. The food was good for a spicy chicken sandwich, but that isn't what I ordered. The staff didn't seem to care that they had customers, did not seem to know the product, and the only thing they got right was the drink and the salty French fries. I paid extra for a totally different sandwich and didn't get it. It was late and I was tired, so I just ate it. They wouldn't have tried to make it right anyway.
